We walk to their camp. Three horses tied to nearby trees look all dressed up and uncomfortable. They mount their horses. Joshie summons me. I don't move, hugging my case. "Agh, come on! Get on!" I shake my head. "Why not?" "I don't what to cause that horse more pain." I say simply. Joshie sighs in exasperation and pulls me up. "You never cease to amaze me." "Neither do you!" Steve said. The three men laugh. I sit still. "Osh aye! Tough crowd." The one who's name I don't know said. "Hush now Robert! She's always been tough!" Joshie said. They laugh again. I hear something in the distance. I jump off the horse. "Osh aye! Get back on!" Joshie said. I walk toward the sound. I hear Joshie jump off his horse. I push aside some bushes to find a horse whose hoof got stuck in a root. I run over and calm the horse. "Osh aye! It's alright! Come now, that's better! See? I won't hurt you." The horse calms down. It's beautiful black hair and raven mane was a sight to see. I softly touch her nose. She seemed almost soothed. I bend down and gently free the stallion. She neighs happily. She nudges me. I laugh, and notice something on the ground. It was a black cloak, with a note. It read:
"To he who finds this note:
You have found my cloak, therefore finding my stallion. My days in the King's Court are numbered. The War has taken drastic measures. I must get my family to safety. My family has more value to me than my own life. To my daughter Madeline:
I love you so much. Stay alive and make His Majesty pleased with your presence. Be tough, and be brave.
This is my last note, my will.
-Stark Skylark"

I sit there in shock. My father's will. No way. I put on the cloak. It's a perfect fit. I notice the stallion has a satchel on it. I put it on to look through later. I get on the horse and get back to the boys.

I tell them what happened. "My Lord! Who would've guessed?" Robert said. Joshie chuckles. "I would've." I roll my eyes. I click to get the horse moving. "Where are you going?" Joshie asked. "To the castle." I say.
