Garnets love story

Chapter 3

A few months later~

Grey Diamond sat on a chair reading a book as she over looked Garnets training.

Grey Diamond took note how Garnet has improved over the past few months. She was now able to hold her own against several different golims.

Grey Diamond heard a ploob sound and looked aver as Pink Diamond and Pearl walked into the room.

A crush could be heard as Garnet defeated the last golim. "Well done Garent you have done a splendidly darling."

Garnet had came to realize soon after their first encounter that Grey Diamond was a very kind and caring person. During the Gem Dungen fights a.k.a GDF Grey Diamond would collect all the gems that were cracked and sent them somewhere once she was done healing them.

Garnets chest filled with pride knowing she stood by a Diamond that was unlike the others.

Garnet look over as she saw Pink Diamond get Grey Diamonds attention. Garnet could feel the swirl of jealousy in the pit of the stomach.

"Garnet darling, Pearl will train with you again today." Said Grey Diamond. Pearl nodded and walked over to Garnet. The both got into a fighting stance.

Grey Diamond and Pink Diamond~

"Grey let's go for a walk." Said Pink Diamond. Grey Diamond nodded and they started walking.

"The other Diamonds are curious how Garnet is doing. I've heard that they want to make her fight in the GDF."

"Was this Yellow Diamond idea?" Asked Grey Diamond. Pink Diamond nodded.

"They have also said that you haven't came to any of the meetings since you left last time." Grey Diamond rolled her eyes as she listened to what Pink Diamond said.

"They have informed me to tell you that they want you to be in the next meeting. Even White Diamond agreed to this." Added Pink Diamond

As Grey Diamond was going to respond pain shot through her left arm and she grunted holding it. She fell to her knees at the sheer pain that pulsed in her arm. Grey Diamond could hear a faint shout from Pink Diamond, Pearl and Garnet as they ran over to the Diamonds.

As Garnet and Pearl got there they saw Pink Diamond crying over what seems like Grey Diamonds arm. Grey Diamond arm was crystalised and has multiple cracks on it. Shining a spectrum of different colour.

Pink Diamond shouted, "Why isn't it working!?" As she watched her tears fall on Grey Diamonds arm and simple roll off.

Garnet and Pearl stood shocked as they watched. Fear ingulfed Garnet as she didn't know what to do. They watched as Grey Diamond lightly patted Pink Diamonds head.

She removed her hand and lightly touch the back of her neck which Garnet found out was where Grey Diamond has her gem.

They all watched as Grey Diamond shut her eyes and allowed her gem to glow a white light. After a while Grey Diamonds arm started to glow and the Crystal's that were formed around her arm slowly receded back into her.

As Grey Diamond fell backwards all the pain and the amount of energy she used was to much. Garnet went to catch her but as Pink Diamond was closer she reached for her first.

Grey Diamond opened her eyes and looked and Pink Diamond. "I need to tell the others so that we can fix you." And started walking Grey Diamond towards her room. "No Pink don't tell them. Promise me. "
"But...but," Pink stuttered as tears flowed from her eyes.

"Promise me."  Pink nodded and walked into Grey Diamonds room and placed her on her bed.

Pink Diamond looked at Garnet and said, "if anything happens to her I will crush you. Let me know when she wakes up." With that Pearl and Pink Diamond left the room.
