Raven Method

For those of you who have been trying to shift for a while, like myself, you have probably heard of this method before. I personally have not tried it and didn't know much about it. So if you haven't heard of it, you're learning with me here.

The raven method, according to wikihow, is a popular and easy method to shift. In this method you are meant to lay down and relax completely. Count down from 100 and begin to focus on your desired reality. You can think of what you're going to do when you get there. I like to think as if I am already there and imagine the smells and sounds I might here. When you reach one, you are meant to have reached your dr or have entered the void state which you can use (with the right affirmations) to enter your dr.

I like to listen to subliminal when I try to shift as it helps me focus and I do have to say with the right affirmations I have gotten very close to fully shifting.

Acknowledge any doubt you may have about shifting but also know that it can not stop you from reaching your goals.
