How these things get their names? I am not sure. Maybe I will find out as I am researching.

I have actually tried this method and can confirm that I have felt several symptoms when doing this method.

To start off with this one I like to listen to soft music, rain sounds, or subliminals. These are optional and you do not have to use them to shift. Online it states to lie on your back but I would like to point out that you do not have to be in any certain position to shift successfully. You can move and it will not impede your progress.

Once you have found a comfortable position you begin by affirming "I am" repeatedly. I like to take a breath and count to 5 in between each affirmation. Once I begin to feel shifting symptoms (which I will go into, don't worry) you begin repeating more affirmations. These can be
-I am shifting
-I am powerful
-I give myself permission to leave this reality
-I am safe
-I can shift
-I have the ability to shift
-I am in my dr
-I can feel...
-I can hear....
-I am pure consciousness
-I am capable
-I am successful

Normally as these affirmations grow I begin to feel more symptoms. You do not need to feel these symptoms to shift. You can shift without feeling any symptoms. Now as you get further into these affirmations, begin imagining your dr. What can you hear? What can you smell? Can you feel anything? What's the first thing you're going to do when you get there?

You can use this as an awake method or you can continue affirmations regarding waking up in your desired reality.
