An:  This is a Luna× female/ nonbinary reader one, it's just for the story to make sense. So, I am kinda (more like really) stupid, but even tho I have the IQ of an apple, I think this is called a fluff with a bit angst? Idk 😭
Also, you are a Malfoy in this.

Your P.O.V:

Flashback

I was walking around hogwarts, on my way too the forest, to go on a date with my, one year younger, girlfriend, Luna Lovegood. We were an open couple, and most people at Hogwarts knew about us. Some, like my best friends, Harry, Ginny, Hermione and Ron, took it very positive, but others, like my twin brother and his group, didn't. He often bullied me in school for it, mostly just in front of his friends. He thought they would like him better if he was, how Ginny said, an complete asshole. I honestly was very surprised at his reaction to me coming out, he came out to me as bi just a few weeks before I did. Excited, I made my way through the hallways, even tho I had a bad day, Luna could always make me feel better. (AN: This is literally me going to meet my partner 😭) That's just how she was. Wonderful, nice, smart, caring, beautifu-. As I daydreamed about my Wonderful girlfriend, I heard someone, behind me, calling my name. I turned around to see Draco, Blaise, and one of their friends who's name I couldn't remember at the time, (AN: I just have no idea how you write his name, forgive me😭) walking straight at me. "Great. Just wonderful." I thought, sarcastically. "Look what we have here. Y/N the *insert sexuality* freak." (AN: Little reminder that, if you get bullied for your sexuality, know that the person bullying you, is a cringe af bastard.) "OH oh.." I quietly spoke, but not quiet enough for the others not to hear. "OH oh.." mocked Blaise. I had no time for this! I didn't want Luna to wait for me. "Piss off, jerks." I spat at them. Draco face turned red in anger, "YOU FILTHY BLOODTRAITOR!" he yelled as he pulled out his wand. I was completely fucked. Out of fear, I pulled out my wand too, just to defend myself. My brother, seemed to take it the wrong way and thought I was gonna duel him. He threw a few curses at me, wich left some bruises on me, since I couldn't block them all. When, finally, Flitwick showed up out of absolutely nowhere, and stopped my twin from hurting me even more. He ended up taking away 15 points from slytherin, and he gave him a week of detention. "Well deserved, arse." I laughed, after Flitwick walked away. Then I remembered my date with Luna, I basically ran a marathon to the forest, still getting caused out, which kind of overwhelmed me, but I still ran, not realizing the tears dropping down my face.

Flashback over

I slowed down a bit, seeing Luna feeding the thestrals from afar. "Hey, darling." I greeted. "Sorry I'm late, I- uh- ran into, uhm- Neville, yeah, him. He needed a bit help with, uhhh charm homework.." I lied straight through my teeth. Even tho I loved Luna too bits, I couldn't tell her everything, even tho I knew she would have listened to me, I didn't want to annoy her with my problems. "Hello love. Did Neville beat you up like this?" This took me really of guard. "W-what do you mean?" She replied with a simple: "You have quite a lot of bruises on your face." She finally turned to me. "Since you said that you where "helping Neville" I just wondered if he finally lost his temper and beat you up." The last part made me giggle a bit. Since I knew she caught me in my lie, I just started telling her about everything that happend to me that day. All about how the guy, whos name I still couldn't remember, cussed me out, my brother throwing some evil spells at me, all of them making me cry, and before I knew it, I was crying in Lunas arms. She kept whispering loving words in my ear, such as: "You're save with me, love.", "Don't listen to them.", "You are perfect, just the way you are."
We ended up going to my dorm and she stayed the night, cuddling me to sleep.
