I stand up and see that I'm surrounded by pure white. I take a quick note that I'm wearing a red trench coat and a watch but that doesn't really matter. What matters is why am I in this place? No, in the first place, is there any meaning in this void? My detective's intuition is telling me that there is though.

I walk around and it's minor but I notice something. This world is not one void. Instead there's layers since I'm standing on some sort of object. The new problem is, where does it start and where does it end? I could die if these aren't defined.

Wait, what even is death in this world? Is it even possible to die?

Well, I sure as hell wasn't sent here to live. I cautiously continue my advancements. I then feel a slight turn on an edge. Now, what should I do with this information? I'll start by walking around the edge of this cube-like surface. Therefore, I turn around.

Hey, waitー This... no way, right? How did I miss this?

I roar out in an echoing laughter, "I see! I really should've been more aware of my surroundings!"

It's not like it took long for me to turn around but yeah, this really sticks out like a sore thumb.

A black dot in what I assume is the middle of this cube.

Of course, this leads me only to one simple conclusion. I'm standing on a huge dice.

I walk over to the dot.  Now what should I do? Well, for starters, I guess I'll stand on it.

Even though there wasn't much meaning in my actions, the mechanism appears to start up. I'm left without any time to ponder as the dice starts to shake, furiously. This is quite a risky situation...

I run to the edge of this giant dice but as my arms grab onto it, the dice flies up at rapid speeds, quite similar to a real one.

"Fuck, Is this.... really the end?!" My hands lose their strength and my bodily functions give out.

I fall into the endless white void and I might be mistaking it but, in that moment, it looked like the entire dice was completely white.

Suddenly, I wake up from my sleep. At a sudden look to my alarm clock, I notice that I'm going to be late to work...

I better wake up. My head feels a bit odd but that shouldn't matter. I look at social media on my cell phone for a couple minutes. After that's over with, I get up from my rather small white bed and start to dress into business attire. Well, having said this, it's not like I'm actually important in this company or anything like that.

I enter the bathroom with the simple objective to brush my teeth. I go over both sides twice but I drop the cup of water that I use to rinse my mouth into the sink. Thankfully, it didn't break but that could've been bad.

I walk to the small kitchen room and give my cat a bit of food and a pat before getting together cooking utensils. I decided to cook bacon and eggs from the moment that I woke up. I like eggs fried, I guess. I end up looking away for a second too long and burning the bacon, but that's fine. It's still totally edible, quite good even.

It seems like I scroll news headlines while eating. Quite a common activity but what I find seems to do a double take on the back of my mind. A murder case. Three dead, the culprit still unknown.

I should continue scrolling. This doesn't have anything to do with me, right? There's a strange feeling in my mind but I decide to ignore it for now.

I leave my home and walk out to the bustling streets of the place where I live. There are lots of people. People of various culture and ethnicity. People of various hair colours. People of various outfits, faces, bodies and blood types.
