Jessica: is everything ok?
Me: No! I can't believe Chaun just blurted that out to everyone like that. That shit is not funny. I don't want yall to think I left Matthew for Cam.
Heather: why would they think that if they don't know what's really going on? Have you talked to Matthew?
Me: no..
Heather gave me the house phone.
Heather: call him.
Right, while I was about to dial his number, He mysteriously called me on my cell.
Jessica: well damn!
Heather: that's some weird shit. Answer it!
I answered the phone.
Me: hello?
Matthew: Hey, Chauntel.
Me: hey, how are you?
Matthew: I'm ok, how about you?
Me: I'm fine.
Matthew: Hey, where are you?
Me: I'm in Atlanta at Mom's house.
Matthew: Oh ok, Great! Umm, is it ok if I speak to you in person?
Me: yeah, we can go somewhere.
Matthew: ok, I'll come and get you.
Me: now? Where you at?
Matthew: Downtown
Me: oh ok cool. Well, I'm ready.
Matthew: ok, I'm on my way. I love you, Chauntel.
I was so excited when he said that....
Me: i love you more..
Matthew hung up.
Me: Heather!?! Jessica?!?!
Heather/Jessica: Huh?
Me: come here... Matthew is about to pick me up. So we can talk in "person".
Jessica screamed from the top of her lungs.
Jessica: Yassss!!!!
We all laughed.
Heather: yes girl.. after you get done sleeping with him. We gone celebrate.
Jessica died laughing.
Me: What?!? I'm not sleeping with him.... yet. But, if he act right we can work something out.
Jessica: yall gone be back together in no time.
Me: probably, he did say he love me...
Jessica: oh yeah, yall gone be cutting up in that bedroom.
Me: Man, whatever. I just don't know what to do about Cam.
Heather: Don't worry about Cam. Let him stay wherever he's at.. you need to get ready.
Me: i am ready!
Heather and Jessica shared a laugh.
Jessica grabbed me to the bathroom.
She did my makeup and she had this cute outfit for me. I was looking too cute.
Heather: oh yeah, girl you ready. Witcho fine ass.
We laughed.
