"Are you going to the game tonight?"

"Not like I have a choice." Amelia scoffed as she shut her locker. "Yeah, you're like archer's personal cheerleader." Liliana teased, nudging Amelia.

"Shut up." Amelia rolled her eyes, swinging her bag over her shoulder. "Ever since he became captain my dads making such a point out of forcing me to go to every game. It's like I'm not allowed to have a life." She complained as she walked side by side with her best friend down the hallway.

"Not like you have a life." Liliana muttered under her breath and Amelia shoved her. "Bitch." She frowned. "Bitch." Liliana shot back.

"Ah, what are the terrible two bickering about today?" Davi chuckled as the two girls approached the usual lunch table. The crew's usual lunch table was a round metal one with the concrete benches outside the school in the courtyard.

"Lili says I have no social life." Amelia huffed, sitting down and tossing her bag onto the table. "You don't." Aaron piped and Amelia tilted her head. "Seriously? Okay, I'm not tolerating this abuse any longer. Moving on. Who's going to the game tonight?" Amelia asked the three.

"I have to. Will wants to go watch Jay which means I've to bring him." Lili sighed as she bit into her granola bar. "Hah. Sucker." Amelia teased and Liliana frowned. "You're literally going to be there too."

"Not the point." Amelia shot back at her. "I'd rather dig my own grave." Davina smiled sarcastically as she prodded her salad with a fork.

"Ugh, Lili can I crash at yours tonight? Archie's having cole over after the game and I don't have the patience to deal with that tonight." Amelia groaned, laying her head on her school bag. "We basically live together at this point anyway." Liliana laughed and Amelia smiled. "That's my favourite ginger!"

"Sup Rhodey? Manage to educate Mr Ownes on the societal issues of being a woman yet?" Jesse Lawson teased, joining the group by ruffling Amelia's hair then squishing himself between her and Aaron.

"Don't call me that." She huffed, pushing his hand away. "And no, I didn't. But I will get through to him one of these days." She told him and he nodded sceptically.

"Uh. Thats mine." Aaron frowned when he saw Amelia looking through his bag. "Ooh. Aaron, I need your calculus homework to copy." Amelia said as she  pulled the copy out of his bag.

"Me too."

"Yeah, I need it as well."

"Same here."
