Vi lay across the only, beat-up, gray couch in her apartment with Caitlyn, her girlfriend. She was scrolling through her phone, liking posts from Ekko while listening to her playlist. Caitlyn walked in, carrying the couple's beloved cat, Muffin. Caitlyn sat down on the empty spot next to Vi's head and began to play with Vi's strawberry colored hair. Vi set her phone down on her chest and grinned, accepting her girlfriend's affection.

"Alright Cupcake what do you want", Vi probed jokingly, smirking. "Well, I am hungry", Caitlyn admitted sheepishly. Vi sat up, raising her eyebrows.
"Cait, unless you want my usual charcoaled dish I cannot help you out!".

Cait sighed.

"Can we go out then...?"

Vi's mischievous grin faded to a genuinely caring smile.

"Cait... I'd love to take you out and give you an amazing date but we don't have much right now. Can we make a bit of a compromise?"

Cait nodded.

"Is fast food okay?"

Caitlyn smiled.

"A 6 piece sounds great."

Vi stood up, grabbing her boots and swiftly slipping them on. Caitlyn grabbed the keys off the coffee table.

"I'll drive Vi, you're tired today."

Vi blushed and stepped forward, stealing a quick kiss from Caitlyn.

"God Cupcake, you're so kind..."

The pair said their goodbyes to Muffin, who at this point was passed out in the middle of the dining room floor. Cait and Vi took each other's hands and walked down to the apartment parking lot, where their blue Subaru outback patiently waited. After they both were comfortable, Caitlyn began to pull out of the parking lot while Vi got to work on the Aux cord. Caitlyn noticed Vi's mischievous look as she booted up Spotify.

"Vi I know it's October but I swear to god if I hear one more girl in red song you will sleep in Jinx's room tonight."

Vi grinned.

"Don't worry cupcake, I'm just putting on an old pop mix from 2012."

"That's better."

As they came to a stop at a red light Cait's eyes widened.

"Oh god speaking of your sister isn't she working right now... in the only goddamn Mcdonald's in Piltover?!"

Vi sat up, startled.

"OH SHIT! Hey, it'll be okay. Powder's at work, I'm sure she'll behave herself."

This put Caitlyn at ease and she nodded. A few more turns and they reached the Mcdonalds. As they pulled into the drive thru, Vi glanced at Jinx's beat up ford explorer in the employee parking lot. The thing was covered in dents and had the most obnoxious bumper stickers known to mankind. Vi rolled her eyes as they pulled up to the speaker.

"Welcome to Mcdonald's, what the fuck can I get for you?"

That was Jinx's voice beyond a doubt. Caitlyn, trying to hold a straight face, sighed.

"Can I get a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with large fries and a-"

"Oh my fucking god, Cait is that you?"

Caitlyn was taken aback. Vi sat frozen, trying not to laugh her ass off.

"Jinx just let me order. Anyways and a Sprite to-"

"Bitch I am not taking your order go to the Zaun Mcdonalds."

Caitlyn stuttered.

"I-"

Vi rolled her eyes and sat up, annoyed at her sister's antics.

"Powder take our order or I'm hiding the iPad from you tonight and you're going to bed at 8."

There was a sigh over the speaker.

"6 piece chicken nugget with large fries and a Sprite?"

"Yes, and can we also get a quarter pounder with-"

"Okay please pull forward, Hoe."

Vi leaned towards Caitlyn, pissed off even more.

"POWDER!"

"PULL UP HOE!"

Caitlyn sighed and put the car in gear. Vi facepalmed.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't even remember she worked today..."

Caitlyn took her hand off the wheel and rested it on Vi's thigh.

"It's alright Violet, it isn't your fault she's like this."

Vi smiled up at her girlfriend and the car reached the window. Jinx slammed the window open with a cheeky grin.

"134.89 bitches!"

Caitlyn huffed.

"Jinx I can see the register total from here. It's 15.44, here's a twenty and use whatever change is left for your break tonight."

Jinx rolled her eyes but took the twenty and slammed the window shut, cracking the glass.

"Jesus", Caitlyn remarked. "Is this how she got fired from the home depot job?". Vi shook her head, grinning. "It involved a forklift, 4 elderly customers and a pallet of concrete."

Jinx opened the window again and threw the bag onto Vi's lap, startling both women in the car. Caitlyn raised an eyebrow.

"And my sprite?"

Jinx practically pitched the sprite out the window, but Caitlyn, being quick, caught it. She looked at the cup and back at Jinx angrily.

"Did you fuckin' drink half of this?"

Jinx grinned.

"I don't know, did I?"

Vi looked down at the bag and then bared her teeth.

"I swear to god powder did you spit all over our fries?!"

Jinx cackled and flipped Vi off. Vi had enough and undid her seatbelt.

"BITCH I AM COMING THROUGH THE DAMN WINDOW!"

She tried to climb over Caitlyn, though after she had gotten halfway out of the car window and had a hand on Jinx's throat, Vi felt a tug on her leg. "Honey let's just calm down", Caitlyn said, her voice shaky. But Vi just ignored her and climbed through the window. She chased a cackling Jinx through the kitchen and out the front door. Finally Vi chased Jinx all the way back to the Subaru where Vi proceeded to promptly hop in, her face drenched in sweat. Jinx was standing in front of the car.

"Drive bitch I dare you!"

Caitlyn rolled her eyes, put the car into gear, and slammed the gas pedal as hard as she could. Jinx went flying onto the pickup behind them and Caitlyn sped off into traffic, running a red light. All over a bag of mcdonald's...
