"Babe, are you ready?" Zayn asks from the bathroom as he stands in the mirror, trying to fix his tie but failing miserably.

"Almost, Zee!" Liam calls from the hallway as he enters their bedroom. He's rolling up the sleeves to his baby blue button down then picks up the Tom Ford suit jacket from the bed and puts it on.

He enters the bathroom seeing Zayn still struggling with his tie and snickers while approaching him. He grabs Zayn's shoulders and spins the younger man to face him. He begins to fix his tie for him.

"I've helped you numerous times, Zee. Jesus Christ. When will you get it yourself?"

Zayn huffs, "Never" He pouts. "Its so hard LiLi, I'll never get it."

Liam pecks his lips softly when he's finished, "Yes you can. It just takes some practicing. Now come on, we can't be late for the event."

Its been six months since they've been together and five since Zayn moved in. Its been going great for the both of them, they're so in love and everything's just perfect. Zayn honestly couldn't think it could get any better.

Of course all of Zayn's family and friends know that Liam and him made up and that they're now dating and they were absolutely ecstatic and happy for him. It took the stubborn ass some time but hey, he has Liam now and that's all that matters.

It was of course hard for them to go out most of the time because with Liam's business, came the fame and the paps did give them both a hard time then and there, always having a camera in both men's faces, Liam used to it, Zayn not. But Zayn couldn't blame Liam for his fame, the man had one of the most successful companies in all of London for Christ sake. He'll never hinder Liam or make him feel that he has to stop what he's doing so there's no camera or interviewer always in their way. Zayn has to get used to it just like Liam did. There was always a price to pay to be with someone you love and Zayn really didn't care, he'd pay it forever.

Tonight is another event that Liam's company put together. Liam took on the project maybe two weeks after the last one ended. It was more of a hassle but Liam likes a challenge and he'd never back down. But tonight was the night, he asked Zayn to be his escort which of course Zayn accepted cause come on, they're boyfriends. Zayn didn't even see why Liam even asked him since they're together but he thought it was cute.

Liam takes Zayn's hand and both head out to the limo waiting for them to take them downtown.

"You nervous?" Liam asks Zayn, placing a hand on the younger man's leg that was shaking. They were now inside the limo, the driver taking off down the road.

"Yeah a little" Zayn says before letting out a shaky breath. "All of your business partners are gonna be there. There's gonna be more celebrities. And you're gonna introduce me as your boyfriend. I just hope I don't screw up and make everyone hate me or worse, ruin your event."

Liam picks up Zayn's hand and places a gentle kiss to the palm before squeezing his hand softly, "Everything will be okay, you'll be fine. I'm sure they'll love you, princess. No reason to worry. If anything I should be worrying" He chuckles awkwardly.
