It's been 2 years since you didn't talk to Luna though you often stole glances at each other. No doubt you missed her calming presence but felt better than before, but you knew you might never move on.
"Hey babe, what's up?" Hermione asks as she cuts off your rail of thoughts, "just studying for the OWLs, you know I'm not a genius like you." You say putting up a forced smile. "Do you still miss her?" Her warm lips touch yours, giving you a feeling of comfort, Hermione stopped as she felt something wet on her cheeks and heard light sobs. "Hey, are you okay?" Hermione asked "Yeah, it's just that I want to move on. But I can't, you don't deserve this, I'm sorry." You say as you leave the room a crying mess. You knew where to go, to Harry, he had been your support system for so long, and he treated you as if you were his sister. "Harry," You say as you see him chilling in the common room "Hey, Y/N! Need more of my professional advice?" He replies with a grin. "Yes..." You reply. As he was getting up, he got shocked to see such a vulnerable state of his sister. "Hey, hey, I'm sorry, are you alright?" He said, wrapping his arms around his sister. "NO, EVERYTHING IS A MESS. I CAN NOT MOVE ON FROM LUNA, HERMIONE LOVES ME UNCONDITIONALLY BUT I MESSED WITH HER HEART! I AM A MONSTER!!!
"Don't say that, you're the sweetest girl ever. You are the sister I never had, you're my family. Don't let yourself down, I love you, Ron loves you, Hermione loves you, Ginny loves you. It's Luna's loss that she didn't trust you and you know what? You're the most loveable person I've ever met! You haven't committed a crime! You deserve to be loved. " Harry said as tears formed in his eyes after seeing such a weak state of his beloved sister.
Your world was tearing apart, nobody had ever seen you like this, who knew that you would fall in love with someone so deeply that you would forget yourself? Luna too, never spent a night crying about you and your memories, her heart ached in pain, not understanding this feeling. Both of you were emotionally shattered, and nobody could help you after the misunderstanding that was created.
