Hi Guys !

Ok I know what you all are thinking. "What took you so long?"

Well, I'm still having my tests and I've had a terrible case of writers block and those two are the reasons why you had to wait so long.

I'm sorry for making you wait. Please forgive me !

I hate having all these tests. You learn, you work so hard and  then after less then a month or so you forget almost everything you learnt.

And one more thing, there's a contest on Wattpad and I was debating on whether I should or should not enter. I still haven't decided. Do you think it's good enough?

P.S: Thankyou for the votes on my last chapter. I really love you all.

This dedication goes to ................... 1DMarie4Life. I think that's your name :P sorry if I spelled it wrong.

Thanks for commenting Marie!

*RECAP OF CHAPTER 8*

On our way to the hospital me and Tricia made small talk while  Zayn kept looking at me through the mirror and it felt weird.

"Mum Olivia and I have to tell you something." Zayn said.

I knew exactly what he was going to tell her.

*Chapter 9*

"I'm sure whatever you want to tell me can wait." She said in a motherly tone.

Zayn opened his mouth but the sound of the brakes shut him up.

I looked through the car window. Right in front of me was Bradford Knight Hospital. The very one I was born in.

"Give your father my blessings." Aunt Trichia said as we approached the front gate.

"You're not coming." I said.

"I got to take care of the girls." She said. In less than a second she was already seated. She waved her hand and hit the pedal.

I turned to my right and faced Zayn.

"Zayn, Are you okay?" I said reaching onto his trembling hands.

He backed away slowly. "You're going to have to do this alone. I'll see you at home." He said in a rush avoiding eye contact and before I knew it he was sprinting out of the hospital boundary.

I never thought he'd come with me anyways.

I walked through the dull green hallway. The smell of death and weird smelling medicine reeked everywhere.

I rushed through the halls and kept on searching for room 203. I then came across a gray colored door labeled ROOM 203. I took a long breath to calm myself down.

I pushed the door open and was insight of my father's face.

I walked two steps closer to him and noticed a white plaster on my father's arm.

"Olivia" He said and attempted to sit straight but failed. I felt so sorry for him but I still kept a smile.

"What are you doing here?" He said monotonously.

"I came to see you." I said while sitting on the chair next to his bed.

"You didn't have to come here. I'm alright. "He said smiling at me as if to show me he was okay but I could tell he wasn't okay.
