This one is a little bit different.
Materials needed:
~ a square box (big enough to fit a balloon)
~ a balloon (any color)
~ glitter (not the fine type)
~ a piece of paper (that you can roll up into the balloon)
~ balloon string (to tie on the bottom)
~ decorations (optional)
1. First, you need to write a happy bday note, merry Christmas, or whatever special event you are celebrating on a piece of paper.
2. Roll up the paper and stick it in the balloon, then take your glitter and pour some of it in the ballon.
Make sure that the paper and glitter together are light, so the balloon doesn't feel too heavy and get weighed down when lifting out.
3. Blow up the balloon, being aware of the size so that it could fit in the box.
4. Tie the string around the end of the balloon.
5. Stick the balloon in the box and give it to someone for a special surprise!
