Recipe of the week: Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
- 3/4 cup Chocalate chips
- 1/4 cup soft brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 tablespoons butter

1. Set oven to 375 degrees

2. Combine the oatmeal, Chocalate chips and sugar in a large bowl and mix together well.

3. Crack the eggs into a small bowl

4. Beat the eggs together with a fork until the yolks of the eggs are combined with the whites

5. Stir the eggs slowly into the oatmeal mixture, gradually add butter, stirring occasionally until you have a rough dough

6. Use your hands to make small balls out of the dough, then flatten them slighty onto a baking sheet.

7. Put the baking sheet into the oven a and bake for 8 minuets or until golden brown

8. Let the cookies cool for 2 minuets then slide them off the sheet using a spatula. Put them in a tight container to save some for later, unless you haven't ate them all already ;)
