A week passed in the blink of an eye, Before Aether knew it Xiao started talking to him in class, sitting next to him at lunch and started hanging out with him.
Xiao stared to enjoy spending time with Aether enough to the point where he wanted to hang out with him more and more.
One day as they were hanging out at Xiao's locker he found a bunch of love notes it hurt Aether seeing them fall out of the locker and land on the ground.
Xiao saw Aether's face and his chest started hurting all of a sudden.
Xiao: "Aether are you alright?" He asked sincerely.
Aether: "Yeah just lost in thought that's all" he responded with embarrassingly.
Xiao: "Oh ok" Xiao knew something was wrong but didn't want to ask in fear it might hurt Aether.
"DINGGGG!!!"
The bell rang
Aether: "Looks like we need to part ways now" Aether said with a fake laugh.
Xiao: "Oh, Okay bye" Xiao felt hurt all of a sudden.

Aether's POV
Xiao: "Oh, hey Aether" he said nervously hoping not to repeat what happened earlier.
Aether: "Oh, hey Xiao, It's nice seeing you here" he responded with still upset about what had happened earlier.
Xiao: "Why wouldn't you see me here I mean this is my locker" Xiao was trying to joke with Aether like they used to.
Aether: "Oh right I forgot" Aether felt like such an idiot. But then all of a sudden he fell to the ground.
Luckily Xiao caught him before he hit the ground"
Xiao: "Aether are you alright?" he asked concerned.
Xiao started shaking him, All of a sudden the teacher came out of her classroom.
Teacher: "I can take him to the nurse" she said gesturing Xiao to give Aether to her.
Xiao: "It's ok I can take him there" he said. He picked him up bridal style and took him to the nurse.

Xiao's POV
Xiao barged in and the nurse jumped.
Nurse: "I'm sorry but you can't just barge in like that there are students sleeping" she said furiously. Then she noticed someone in his hands.
Nurse: "What happened to him?" She asked.
Xiao: "I don't know he just collapsed all of a sudden and that's why I barged in here." Xiao said while panting.
Nurse: "Give him to me" she said while getting the thermometer ready. Xiao handed Aether over to her.
Nurse: "104!!!" She yelled calling the ambulance. Xiao was very concerned afraid thinking that if he had noticed this earlier he could have avoided this. Xiao wasn't allowed to go with him.

Xiao's POV
Xiao couldn't stop wondering if Aether was going to be all right he felt a pain in his chest at the same time.
"RINGGG!!"
The phone rang he ran to it as fast as he could.
???: "Hey is this Xiao?" The voice on the other end of the phone asked.
Xiao: "Yeah" he responded with hoping it was the hospital.
???: "Oh good I just wanted to ask you why you skipped out on the party tonight?" He asked Xiao.
Xiao: "I FUCKING SKIPPED THE PARTY BECAUSE MY FRIEND IS IN THE HOSPITAL" He responded with angry.
???: "Whoa, Whoa chill out dude" He said which only angered Xiao more.
Xiao: "How am i supposed to chill out my friend is in the hospital" He was just about ready to hang up the phone.
???: "Are you talking about that nerd nobody likes?" He asked.
Xiao: "Yes I am so fuck off if you have a problem with that" he responded with.
???: "Bro I'm sorry but everyone is waiting for you and there going to leave if you don't come"
Xiao: "What's your name" Xiao asked furiously.
???: "Timaeus" he responded with. (Sorry I just have a personal grudge since I always press on him instead of the crafting table)
Xiao: "Well Timaeus I'm really all not that sorry for not coming to your party because I have more important matters than going to your party" Xiao felt happy finally getting that out and slammed the phone down. As soon as he slammed the phone down it ran again, Xiao picked it up.
Xiao: "CAN YOU PLEASE STOP CALLING ME" he yelled through the phone.
???: "I'm sorry but is this Xiao?" She asked
Xiao: "OMG im so sorry for yelling at you I thought you were someone else" Xiao said apologizing.
???: "It's fine I'm the one of the nurses at the hospital I wanted to tell you that Aether has woken up and wants to speak to you"
Xiao: "Really he's away that's amazing" Xiao felt energized and ran to the hospital.
