"Are you sure you're arms okay?" I asked after a while of akward silence.
I mean jaden did cheat on ava by kissing me, and i felt pity for her. And i dont even know why she did the exact same thing to me. Twice. Without feeling anything.
"Im fine" jaden shrugged it of still being mad about the comment i made earlier.
"Yk, i didnt mean it like that right?" I asked side glancing at him as we walked.
"No, its fine. its my fault anyways" he said putting his hands in his pockets.
"I'm sorry" i admitted was i? Yea.
"For?" He was confused and so was i.
"For overreacting"
"Overreacting?" His face was full of confusion. "You had every right, i cheated on u--"
"Yea bu--"

"No, listen" he stopped and grabbed my shoulders. "Im sorry, i am. I dont know, why i did what i did. I guess i was scared" he confessed.
"Scared? Scared of what?" I asked holding eye contact
"A....serious.......relationship" he said with long pauses in his three words.
"Wasnt yours and ava?" I said as we started walking agian.
"No, she just wanted to make out most of the time, or make tiktoks 24/7" he signed.

Our talk went pretty good, he told me he was gonna break up with ava for us to try agian. When we got home i helped him with his wound on his arm the bullet went past him not in him were lucky. dinner was ready and daelo was at the place he left us at with jayla and javon.

We walked inside weirdly enough being on time.
We sat at the dinner table.
"How was it?" My mom asked making me choke in my water. As jaden let out a muffled laugh.
"Did i say something wrong?" She asked confused.
"No--no it was. good" i said thinking about the kiss. Glancing at jaden. i felt someone look at me so i wipped my head around to see jayla's eyes, going back and forth to me and jaden with a smirk appearing on her face.
I quickly looked back down at my food playing with it.
"It was so cool there was a small waterfall-!" Daelo started but got cut of by jayla's hand over his mouth.

"What he means is, that it was very fun, in the garden" she said the last part a little louder.

Our parents shrugged it of before there was a loud knock on the door.
"Who knocks at this time?" Jessica asked as she walked to the door that was in our eye sight.
She peeked through the whole before calling dj to open it.
He opened the door being greeted by a man. Me and jaden snapped our head towards eachother as we noticed it being the man who killed the deer. Javon furrowed his eyebrows at us.
My mom got up walking to the door aswell.
"Who the fucks that" javon whispered to us. "Some guy we got into trouble with earlier" i mumbled.
"What is he doing here?" Jayla asked.
"I have no ide-" his head wipped towards me out of no where making him point at me. "You" he said pushing past our parents walking in.
"You made me loose my--" he got cut of by dj telling him to back off and get out.
"Tell you're kids, they need to stay out of the woods" he said in a creepy tone before walking out.

My heart was racing going crazy for sure, i dont know what was going through my mind when that guy walked up to me.
"Woods?" My mom asked me confused.
"Sorry...?" I said not knowing what else to say. Before they sended us all to our room. Expect daelo of course.
"Well were not gonna be allowed out anytime soon" jaden joked making us chuckle.
"I saw this thing" i started.
"Thing?" Javon questioned
"Yea, in the ground" i said "i dont... looked like some sort of.....basement?"
