When the Princess Daenys fainted, all the maester's rushed towards her. The princess eyes were rolled back and her body was twitching, she spoke words in high Valayrian

" 2 days" Daenys noticed that her grandmother didn't seem like her normal self, she wondered what she missed in those past 2 days. Rhaenys knew that she couldn't hide anything from Daenys, so she told her
" Daenys I have something to tell you, and you're not going to like it" Daenys sat up and noticed her grandmother was in all black, Daenys didn't think much of it since her aunt had just passed away.
" What is it, grandmother ? Can you please hurry this up, I would like to see Father and mother" Daenys said with Annoyance
" Daenys, Laenor is dead, he was killed" When Rhaenys said those words to Daenys she watched how her face darkened and how her lilac eyes turned into a dark indigo.
" Lies. You're lying. I must go see father I must tell him I'm well again" Daenys said this as she tried to get up Rhaenys tried to stop Daenys but Daenys yelled
" Release me ! I MUST SEE MY FATHER!" Daenys ran out of the chambers and saw everyone was in black she saw her mother's white hair and ran towards her
" MOTHER! Grandmother must be lying you must tell me mother please tell me it's a lie" Daenys begged her mother to tell her that her father wasn't dead and with one look Rhaenyra gave her Daenys fell in her mother's arms and cried she wanted to blame herself for her father's death. He promised that he would stay with them, He promised he wouldn't leave, just another broken promise, she guesses.

After a month Daenys got back to being somewhat like her old self she rode on Cannibal most of the time, read in the library. She noticed that her mother wanted to speak to her on something and Daenys all ready knew what it was, but she acted clueless.
"Daenys I have something to tell you and I don't want you to hate me for it" Daenys nodded her head as she listened to her mother.
" Daemon and I want to marry, but we want your permission" Daenys wasn't even shocked she chuckled like a maniac which caused Rhaenyra to become concerned for her daughter after the death of Laenor. She became quiet and more blunt, more unpredictable.
" You couldn't even wait a month, mother?"Daenys said harshly to her mother
" You couldn't even wait until the thought of Father had at least became a distant memory" Daenys spoke these word with a Stoic expression on her face.
" Oh mother, you've done it again"Daenys whispered to herself as she put her head in her hands and let the tears fall.
Daenys honestly didn't hate them because if it was her she would've done the same in all honesty. Daenys just couldn't bear it, the thought of him made her want to just end herself, but she couldn't bring herself to do it. She couldn't bear the thought of leaving her mother alone in this world, she knew that her father wouldn't want her to.
Daenys told herself over and over again that she will make anyone who threatened her family pay, she will wear the grief of her father's death like amour. Daenys then looked at her mother and said
" Mother, I've always known that you've loved him, even when you tried to hide it. I support you through anything, mother, I just want you to be happy for once." Daenys hugged her mother with so much love and kissed her cheek.
" Just promise that you will never forget father" Daenys whispered as she was held in her mother's arms.
