Thirteen: "Can I play?"

||A/N: This comment will make since as you read this chapter, but Cube makes me think of Noodle hockey, if you don't know what that is it's red-neck hocky that you play with pool noodles and golf balls. Depending how old you are there are either no rules or a little bit of rules, but I've always played with no rules so use your destructive imagination to think of what happens and how many bruises you get with no rules lmfao any way's book placement holder's for two new stories {both transformers} will be posted soon I don't know when though and as what's now normal the next update will hopefully be soon but if it's not it's because I'm busy with life sadly. Miko was board. She had already bombarded the poor Decpeticon medic with millions of questions and, for once, had ran out of questions to ask thus leaving her to right now. Knockout had given her a data-pad before all the questions, which had a few old recordings of sparkling television shows, but considering there was only about five to watch and she had watched each of them out of pure child-like fascination, she was now sitting on a medical berth in the med-bay board out of her processor as she had watched Knockout clean tool's and buff whatever smudge was on his finish out for the hundredth time but soon through all that 'entertainment' she found herself quietly wondering out of the room in search of something more interesting to see or at least do. Quilty as to not disturb the medic she snuck out of the door, momentarily cringing at the noise the door made causing her to glance back but soon let out a quit sigh as she quickly made her escape away from the vain medic who was now holding a conversation with himself and looking into a darkened monitor. 

The youngling walked down several hallway's, all looking annoyingly the same until she reached what looked like some sort of recreational room seeing as there was a few vehicon's who were either on break or must be a day off considering they we're playing some sort of card game which didn't interest Miko whatsoever. What did interest her was four vehicon playing some sort of game that reminded her of 'Football' seeing as they appeared to be on teams and passing the cube back to each other but different from Football scoring someone appeared to score by holding onto the cube like object for a certain amount of time. She watched for a few minutes before being noticed and at first all four players froze at the sight of the youngling. 

"Can I play?" Miko asked, a smile on her face at the thought of hopefully being about to do something other than just sit around. 

The Vehicon's were silent for yet another moment before one nodding then one turned towards one of the tables. "Hey C-4-R-1! You don't have to switch any more with S-T-3-V-3 anymore, we have a fifth!" Suddenly the Vehicon known as 'C-4-R-1' placed his cube of Energon down on a table and {quite visible} bounded over the group. 

"All right basic rules is you get the cube; you can pass it to teammates or attempt to keep it you're self and in order to score a point you have to hold onto the cube for ten seconds in order to score." S-T-3-V-3, or 'Steve' as Miko had decided to call him, stated. Miko nodded enthusiastically then got into line to start off as she had seen the other's do. She smiled as soon as their makeshift starting siren {which was just another Vehicon off to the side yelling 'go'} sounded and she bounded forward to the cube.

"This would be easier if Breakdown was still here." Knockout muttered to himself as he finally put down his buffer with a huff. He glanced over at one of the medical berth's expecting to see Miko's very much engrossed in a sparkling cartoon but instead was greeted with a empty medical berth causing his spark to drop momentarily. "All right, come out of hiding, Miko." He said, expecting Miko to come out of some sort of hiding place in the room as she had done something similar to him before but much to his horror, he had soon realized he had managed to somehow loose a youngling such as Miko.
