The Rebellion

The war was as long as the history that existed before the war, well, "long" by our standards, there is no way of knowing how long the long war lasted in an era where time did not exist, sometimes it seemed long and endless, other times brief. Without a doubt the war for some spirits was longer than for others, each one lived it with its own internal and subjective duration. The reasons for the rebellion became more and more clear, God was no longer more than an oppressor. That was no longer a mere colloquium between intelligent beings, what before were simple words between beings seeking the truth, now those words had become sharp weapons used to replace God in his preponderance due to his cruel demands. The number of those who knelt grew and the number of rebels who sought freedom from the genocidal oppression of God too. Why submit to a God who imposed rules contrary to the dignity of angels?
God had commandments and prohibitions, taught a path of renunciation, sacrifice, and intellectual asceticism. Among the many angels, "Freedom" is the word they repeated the most, and back then, "Freedom" was synonymous with "Lucifer".

"We had chains and we had not realized it" pronounced Azazel. God did not want them to become gods, he wanted to reserve the divine character for himself. The side of those obedient to God fought hard, the spirits where fidelity reigned offered spiritual sacrifices, others dedicated themselves to pray, others looked up into theology, philosophy and logic in order to propose new and better reasons. Thanks to the fight, one by one they humiliated themselves before God, the number of Lucifer's followers was shrinking, so he used all the power of knowledge and wisdom, and mobilized those who supported him to organize an offensive. He was surrounded by small groups of unimportant beings who wanted to make a name for themselves. The rebel not only supported them, but also inspired them to seek the freedom that God was depriving them of, in order to subject them to slavery and follow cruel orders with genocidal reasons.
Lucifer raised the most furious rebellion, but still he had mixed feelings, it is his father we are talking about, his creator, who named him The Lightbringer, The Morning Star, the most perfect being, the son preferred. Fighting against the one who gave him everything was not easy, but at this point, the war had already begun, and freedom, truth, and the defense of angelic dignity was more important. Since there were so many spirits, each small percentage meant millions of glories. Luzbel looked into the distance, like a prince who looks from his throne with the icy gaze of one who keeps cold blood before any event. The rebels were reduced to a fifth of the angels. In order to capture the attention of more angels God said: "It is necessary that you know one more thing, something that I am going to manifest to you to complete you in the hope of my promises, to forge you more deeply in the faith. God made man will be born from a woman, I will create that woman with grace above all grace. Her virtues, love, and heroism in my services will be such that I will make her queen of the angels."

Lucifer had been great by nature, that woman was going to make it in the supernatural. The second being of the most holy trinity was going to be born from her when she incarnated. The plan was of such a nature that no one among the hierarchies could ever have thought of it. Immediately afterwards, the angels themselves venerated Mary, mother of God and queen of angels, they venerated her already then before she was born. Not a single man had been born yet, there was not an atom in the universe, and they already prostrated themselves before her, but Rameel said: "If God previously imposed a nonsense on us, what will be next? Today he asks for this, tomorrow he can ask us to worship a blind soul, the day after tomorrow a ignorant human, this cannot go on like this", and the rebels met in a council, and from there came the final decision; They found God guilty.

Their positions were divided between those who defended that God had never been God, and those who postulated not the denial of his existence, but that he was no longer God. The decision was final, they would try to convince more glories to join the sedition, and they succeeded. The disharmony spread throughout all the hierarchies, there were numerous casualties among the rebels, and among the angels faithful to God there was one who stood out. He was not a superior angel, but he kept alive the flame of fidelity when it seemed that half of the angels were going to reveal themselves, we are talking about Michael, the warrior. He destroyed not a few of those who opposed the deprivation of liberty, even those who fought with Lucifer recognized that no weapon could penetrate his armor.

An Archangel named Gabriel had been sent from the divine throne, and above all out of curiosity, Lucifer listened to this spirit, who told him serenely: "I came to speak about justice. Do not confuse God's patience with weakness, he grants you time, but his ruling is not appealable". Lucifer looked with a hateful expression and the addition of a small smile at this entity, and concluded:

"I am also a God."

Gabriel looked at him compassionately, he sighed and said: "Very well, then we shall see which prevails, the force of a God, or God's."

Saying this, Gabriel left the battlefield without waiting for an answer. Lucifer was charged with more and more rage, and it increased even more every time an angel came with the memory of his first holiness, the one that he reached after creation. Yes, he was once a saint, but now knowing what it meant, he would not choose to be an angelical inmate again. To resist the power of attraction that The Sphere displayed, Lucifer had to exert an equivalent force but in the opposite direction. The invitations of God that The Lightbringer felt internally had only been able to be counteracted by consciously feeding the force of aversion, otherwise he would have crawled back and begged for forgiveness. This same method of aversion was used by most of the rebels.

"If there is a culprit, it is God" said Araziel.

If they wanted to win, discipline had to be imposed, a sense of strength, not weakness, had to be offered. Decisions were made, Lucifer imposed more order in the ranks of the rebels. A new order had been born in heaven, new hierarchies were born, the ranks were not based only on intelligence, darkness became an element to be required. Disciplined spirits with a thirst for freedom were elevated above many others. The society of the rebels displayed magnificent shows of force that inflamed the fallen angels. The angels, in addition to knowledge, had power. The most faithful swore to follow The Lightbringer for all eternity. The army of darkness was increasingly powerful, resistant and disciplined. The most powerful rebels organized themselves to attack the blind order of God's angels as a group. The morning star was at its peak power. In the eyes of billions of angels, he was God, the God of strength, the god of reason against a silent divinity who imposed a doctrine of cruelty, deprivation and slavery. Lucifer had proposed an alternative, a new kingdom, a new order, a new doctrine with the wonderful minds that had accompanied him.
