Billy begins to run but is thrown back lifted into the air as if Eleven is using her powers on him, but she isn't...
After being lifted into the air and dropped back down Billy ran and didn't look back. He just ran

Around the corner an average sized child appears in a hospital gown, shaved head.

Just like El was.

The mysterious child shows her hands as if to say "no I come in peace please don't hurt me".
Eleven runs to her while the others stay back.

Eleven holds up the child's arm.
Elevens eyes widen in surprise.
She hugs the child and whispers "Sister!" as her sister hugs back in surprise and relief.

"I found you-" Four starts to say, "I got away like you did"

Eleven looks back at her friends then looks back at four.
"Yea- Yes I guess you really did." She says smiling.

Four's nose starts to bleed.
"Let me help you with that." El says looking for something to clean it with.

Four looks at the others as El looks where she's looking.

"Oh yeah these are my friends," She says motioning to them while cleaning the blood, "Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas and Max!"

"Hi! It's nice to have another girl as well as El in our group!" Max says exitedly and she reaches out her hand.

Four sits there for a moment on the grass, before looking at El.

El looks at Four,
"Yeah, it's ok they are all my friends!" El says as Four reaches for Max's hand and shakes it.
