"What!? Really? You like working for things though!" Max said.
"I know, but that's our only way."
Cuphead nodded, Mugman was uneasy about it though.
"B-But what if we get caught?" Mugman said.
"Don't worry 'bout it, Mugsy! Everything will be just fine!" I smiled and pat Mugsy's mug.
Mugman nodded and stood up a little taller.
"Ohhhhhhh, someones blushing." Cuphead teased as Mugman's milk started boiling.
"CUPHEAD, I AM NOT!" Mugsy protested as blue blush appeared on his face.
I chuckled, "I mean, people did say I was good with words." I elbowed Max.
"Hey! Don't bring my words into this!"
I chuckled, "Yeah, yeah, whatever."
I grabbed the ball from Cupheads hand and scored!
"Winner!" I said.
Max grabbed a ball and threw it.
"Also winner!" He said.
Mugman didn't throw a ball, so Cuphead continued on his winning streak.
As more and more people started crowding around, Mugman tried getting Cupheads attention.
"Aphaghuhaophaguhagu...." Mugman said, his voice cracking.
People were screaming and Mugman accidentally made Cuphead lose his streak.
"Aww man! Now look what you've done, Mugsy!" Cups said.
Max was starting in shock as I grabbed Mugmans and Max's hands.
Cupheads soul was almost sucked into the lower section, but Mugman instantly retrieved it.
When Cuphead got his soul back, I looked at the brothers in a scared feature.
"Cuphead. . . Run." I said.
Cuphead looked back and couldn't even speak.
"Hauphapahaphaoupha..."
"Hello~" The Devil said.
"RUN!!" Cuphead screamed.
The brothers started running, causing Max and I to be dragged with them.
As the brothers argued, I looked for an exit.
"GUYS! GUYS!! GUYAYS!!" They didn't listen, so we were dragged to a weird game that creeped me out.
"GUYS!!! WAIT, WAIT, WAIT!!!" Max said as he looked around.
"MAXII!!!!! MUGSY!!!! GAHHH!!!" I screamed as we all hit a brick wall.
"KEEP ON RUNNIN'!! DON'T LOOK BACK!!" I said, as Max, obviously, looked back.
"SHOOT!!! I SEE 'EM!!! I SEE 'EM!!!" Max yelled.
"MAX!! SHUT UP!!! WE NEED TO RUN!!" I said.
We went inside this mirror thing, and we saw The Devil's reflection everywhere.
"CUPHEAD!! DON'T STOP!!! KE- HEA- KEEP ON RUNNING!!" I tried catching my breath while still running.
"THIS WAS ALL MY FAULT!!!" Cuphead said as we exited the game as The Devil kept on throwing fireballs at us with his trident.
"YOU'RE RIGHT!!! IT IS YOUR FAULT!!" Mugman said as we continued running.
"BOTH OF YOU SHUT UP AND CONTINUE RUNNING!! THE AND I MEAN THE DEVIL IS CHASING AFTER US!!!" I yelled as The Devil 'cornered' us.
