A few months passed ever since Chalice disappeared, which was weird.
"Hey, come on guys!" I signed the boys as we all went inside an arcade.
"Okay, we each get our turns, alright! You first, Cups!" I handed Cuphead a coin as he grabbed it.
"Let's go, Max!" Cuphead signed to Max as they both ran to a fancy inferno game.
I grabbed another coin and gave it to Mugsy, "Here ya go, Mugsy!"
Mugman happily cheered as he ran up to little animation player which gave you a small episode of a cartoon.
I smiled, and soon realized Chalice came.
"Oh, hey Chalice!!! You're finally back!!!" I smiled and hugged Chalice tightly.
She nervously smiled, "H-Hi, Y/n!"
I looked at her, "Is something wrong, Chal?"
Chalice shook her head, "No, but, uh... could you sign this?"
She gave me a full on paper, and I really wanted to read it, but I had to get back to Mugsy.
"Sure!" I grabbed her pen and signed my name.
Chalice looked back and let out a small sigh in relief.
Chalice then pulled out 3 other papers, who looked a bit similar like mine.
I looked at Chalice in confusion, she ran up to Mugsy and Cups.
"Hiya boys!!" She smiled charmingly.
"Chalice!!!" They both laughed as they ran up to Chalice.
"Hey!! How are you guys?" Chalice asked.
Cups and Mugsy started talking to her, until she said something.
"Hey boys... mind if ya sign this?" She handed them a pen nervously.
They nodded, seeing nothing wrong.
Chalice started trembling and whimpering nervously. She took the papers and ripped them apart.
"I'm sorry!!! I MADE A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL TO TAKE ALL OF YOU FOURS SOULS BUT I MADE A FAKE COPY SO Y/N COULDN'T GET HURT!!"
My eyes widened.
I then saw The Devil.
I saw red.
