Dre pov

It's been 6 months since Mari left and shit ain't been the same. My mama and daddy have been arguing about who made her leave and why and Xavier been here everyday to see if she back or not. I haven't made music and my uncles put there there tours on hold. It would have been easier if Mari took her phone but she didn't and she took down her social media accounts. It's like she went full ghost or went to a different town. Her teachers said she has been to school but she doesn't participate she just does her work and leave. I really hope her and my niece or nephew doing good because I wouldn't be the same if they got hurt.

I was at my parents house smoking a blunt in my room when my phone started ringing I didn't answer is but then I rung again

"Yo who is this?" I said with attitude

"It's Mari" she said in a soft voice

"Before you tell mama and daddy I need you to do me a favor please" she said

"What is it?"  I asked

"I need you too come to the hospital. They said I can have someone in the room while I give birth. And bring Xavier so we can do a dna test too." She said hanging up

I called Xavier when I got in my car

"Hello?" She said

"What is my sister talking about some dna test?" I asked him

"The girl I was with at the time said mari was tryna pin a baby on me and I was stupid to listen so Mari said when the baby born we was gonna get a dna test" he said

"I should beat your ass yo you k ow that's your baby and you still listened to her?" I asked

"I was dumb to listen but how you know?" He asked

"She just called me and said she about to give birth and told me to call you about the test so get ya shit together and be on your way" I said hanging up

I got to the hospital about 15 minutes later and I asked for her room number and I went and Ben was standing next to her bed

"What he doing here?" I asked

"He took me in when I left and he helped me when y'all didn't want too" she said

"Unc I appreciate it but why you ain't tell us she was with you?" I asked him

"I told him not to because I already caused so many problems" she said

I was about to say something till her doctor walked in and said she gonna need to push soon.

Mari pov

I gave birth to a GIRL

I always wanted a girl.

"What you gonna name her?" Ben asked

"Madison Ava Gaulden" I said smiling at her

"Can you call mama and daddy? I want them to meet her"I asked him

He called my parents and told them

Xavier walked in with the doctor

"I almost forgot I need a dna test" I told the doctor

"Ok I'll be right back with the kit" the doctor said but Xavier stopped the doctor

"We don't need one anymore" he said and I looked at him

"Ok well I just came to bring the birth certificate and your family is here do you want me to let them in?" She asked

"Yes please" I told her and she left

"We gotta talk later" Xavier said and I nodded and my family came in

"H-hey mama and daddy" I said looking at them

"My baby" my mama said hugging me

"I'm sorry" I said crying and my dad joined the hug and then Dre

Don't worry uncle Ben had madi

"Please don't ever leave us again. We were a mess without you" my daddy said

"I'm sorry I just thought if if I left you guys would be better off without me cause I'm always in the way or making mistakes" I said wiping my face

"Are you coming home with us?" My daddy asked

"Yea but I gotta get my stuff from uncle Ben house" I said

Soon my uncle walked in

"My favorite nieceeee" uncle ken said

"Nigga whatever you about to ask for just ask" uncle Trell said

"Nigga fuck you I just wanted to hold the baby" he said

"Wash your hands and take her from been" I said

For the rest of the day we caught up and everyone got there turn to hold the baby.
