Chapter 1.

"Renesme I am one lucky lucky guy"
"How?"
"I got you"
Me and Derrick were against the lockers my back was facing my locker he was in front of me with his left hand right above me on the locker he was gazing into my eyes I was doing the same.
"What's so special about me? I'm pretty average , not even pretty"
He gasped.
"Renesme Carter's , you did not. Your far from average baby"
"And farrr from perfect"
I said under my breath.
He kissed my forehead then said
"Your perfect to me babe, want me to walk you to your biology class?"
"No I wouldn't want you to be late go ahead"
Before he left he put his soft lips onto mine and smiled. I watched him walk away and opened my locker and grabbed my biology book and I closed my locker and screamed . It was my best friend his name is jake , I call him jakey .
"God jakey . You scared me. "
"That was my intension ha"
I softly pushed him and smiled.
"Ha ha very funny "
"I know right , so are we gonna go to class or just stare at each other? "
" oh yeah heh lets go"
Me and jake had classes together since we were in grade 2 that's why we're so close . He grabbed my hand and held it and smiled I turned and saw Derrick staring at me and the late bell rang so I had no time to explain but I'm pretty sure he knew me and jakey are just friends I walked into class and sat in my usual seat the one in the back left corner. It was near a window and I like to stare at the green bright leaves on the palm trees swaying back and forth.
"Good morning class " Ms. Johnson Said
She started passing out papers and to tell you the truth I understood nothing at all.

Jakes Pov**
I stared at Renesme she was the most beautiful thing ever , the way she raised one eyebrow when she was confused everything about her just makes my day I wish she knew how I felt I felt this way since the 5th grade when we accidentally kissed we where standing in line and she turned around and it kinda happened.
"Meme , psst Renesme "
"What? "
"Here"
I passed her a note saying want to come over later :) ?
She scribbled on the paper and I got it back it said Sorry not today me and Derrick have plans maybe tomorrow .
I looked at her and she shrugged her shoulders and looked down to work I sighed . And focused on my work soon to feel paper hit my arm I turned and she whispered " I'll be over by 11 if that's fine with you butthead" I smiled and whispered back "yes that's pretty fine" "pretty cool" she whispered back.
I loved her smile , her perfect teeth always lit me up. When the bell rang I put my hand through my hair and saw Renesme run over to Derrick giving him thousands of kisses and he took her hand and they walked off.

Renesmes Pov**
Me and Derrick Starting walking to our second block when he asked me " why was he holding your hand?"
"Babe that's my best friend calm down you think I'd waste 3 years of this relationship ?" He clenched his jaw and kept walking . He dropped me off halfway to class and said bye he left without giving me no kiss no hug no nothing but I shrugged and walked to class.
