Aiden wasn't sure why she gave Ash 24 hours to say goodbye. If Ash had wanted to talk to her she would have already done so.
That was a lie of course. The first part at least. Aiden did know why she gave Ash 24 hours. She wanted desperately deep within herself for someone to save her. To know truly if anyone at all cared about her. Because for some of us, no one cares until we're dead.
Aiden never had anyone that really cared about her so she never knew what she was missing. But then she met Ash and found out exactly what she was being deprived of. She knew she would do anything for that feeling again. Because once you get a taste of something you like, you'll want to come back for more.
