SA: *walks down the street, seemingly lost in my thoughts*
Z: *catches up to you* hey Saphi
*Jumps as im shook out of my thoughts and turns to zane* oh hey there!
Z: *laughs slightly* hi
SA: *Just then a car slowly starts to drive down the street. The window opens and the sound of gunfire can be heard*
Z: *ducks looks around quickly and draw my gun*
SA: *ducks too slow, her shoulder getting shot as the car speeds away* gosh! what is it with people shooting me?! *gives zane a very pointed look*
Z: *sees it and scowls as he stands up and shouts one of the tires of the car* you give a lot of reason to shoot at
SA: *The car skids a little before regaining balance and driving off* pffft and you dont? *looks down at it and winces* i guess youre not so much of an asset anymore
Z: *Fires another shot at the other tire but missed cause it's too far away then looks back at her* i have plenty of reasons to be shot at and I'm starting to wonder if I may be losing my asset ability due to being with sav....*sighs* I need to finish this heist I let Athena mess with my team and get away the I deserve to lose any credibility or asset ability I might have had....
SA: *Puts a comforting hand on zanes shoulder* you did everything you could... everyones alive and well thats what matters
Z: No that's me all that matters...i won't stop until she's gone...they almost killed sav....that is not ok with me she won't get away with this....
SA: *Nods* i understand... she took things too far... whens the heist?

Z: *nods* me to
SA: *I get a call on my cell. I answer and listen for a second. my face instantly pales and the phone falls from my hand onto the floor*
Z: *picks it up and puts it to my ear quickly it's dead, looks over at you* what did they say?
SA: *eyes tear up and i whisper* brent...*turns and bolts in direction of the hospital*
Z: *follows you*
SA: *stumbles and keep running as fast as i can towards the hospital*
Z: *runs after you keeping up behind you with ease*
SA: *I get to the hospital and only then do i notice zane following me* please zane you need to leave
Z: Sapphira I won't ask but I'm coming into the waiting room so if you need someone...you know where find me....*can tell it's serious and remembers the time I thought sav was gonna die*
SA: *Shakes my head fast* you cant you cant... *looks at zane in the eye* youre not the only one thats wants to finish things
Z: *looks at you and searches you're eyes and it's almost like you see who he really is for just a moment* ik I'm not....go go be with him
SA: *quickly hugs zane*
Z: *zane kisses you suddenly and quickly the swallows* don't die
SA: *I look up in surprise and cups both of zanes cheeks and pulls him into another kiss* i promise... *runs inside*
Z: *looks down at you and kisses you back then watches as you run off*
SA: *as saph runs upstairs and into her brothers room something hits her in the head and she gets knocked out. A little boy comes out of the alley and walks towards zane*
Z: *turns to see him* what...
HhB: *The boy looks faintly like saphira with the exception of his eyes that look familiar* zane...
Z: who are you? And how do I know you...
B: *He looks at you with hatred in his eyes* you hurt my sister! *as he opens his mouth to yell you remember the guys that kidnapped sav then he lunges at Zane's throat with a knife*
Z: *catches the kid by the throat as he lunches for me and I press him down against the sidewalk knocking the knife away*
B: *with unnatural strength for his size he pushes off your hand and gets back up suddenly on the defensive* where is she?! what did you do??
Z: *zane looks over at him* I didn't do a thing to your Saphira...I don't know what they told you but she was alive and well last time I talked to her....*realization hits him that if the kid had been programmed to make their mistakes seem like mine then she must be not ok* oh my gosh....
B: Liar! they showed me what happened! you shot her!
Z: look kid that was a long time ago she tried to shoot me first anyway *turns and runs into the hospital gun at ready freaking people out people start screaming and pushing passed zane trying to get out.
B: follows zane* hey! im not done!
Z: *finds sap's body and picks it up and carries her outside*
B: *sees and growls defensively* dont touch her!
Z: *ignores him though hears him* Saph *lays her down against the wall and feels for vitals which are there* saphi! *leans her forward to see the blow to the back of her head moves her hair out of the way gently just to see how bad it is then hears sirens and picks her up*
B: *hits at zanes side in a childlike way, hard enough to hurt* dont play stupid! they told me! it was all you!
Z: *grabs him and shakes him slightly, also shaking myself* I don't have time to play your games idk what they showed you but it's not true....*holds her bridal style and starts off down an alley as the sirens get closer*
B: *follows zane a little sullenly, like a child just scorned* im coming... but its only to keep an eye on you!
Z: *zane listens then finally satisfied we are far enough from the sirens and he takes her inside a hotel* elp! I need elp for the lady! Quickly please!
SA: *they take her to a small office where and call down the doctor who is staying here because of the hospital being so close by*
Z: *follows and while they take care if her he sits and checks phone for bugs then puts it back together and uses it it's an untraceable phone and calls sav*
B: *follows behind zane and whispers* no wonder they want you dead...
Z: and why do you think that Brent....
S: *picks up* hello?
Z: it's me zane
S: what's up?
Z: Look I can't tawk long but I wanned to warn you Athena tried to kill me and Saphira today please watch out please *the doctors come out* I got tu go luv you *hangs up*
B: *He mumbles about him being evil*
S: *sits at the edge of the bed mouth agape still trying to process what's going on* w-what Zane?!- *the call ends and I pull it from my ear and stare at it*
Z: I'm not evil...*gets up and goes to the doctor* will she be ok?
B: Stop pretending! *runs into the room where saphi is and starts shaking her hand* sis... sis its me brent... wake up... wake up and tell him... its all his fault *shakes her harder* cmon.. wake up... please!
Z: *wants to slap the kid but watches as he runs in and how he interacts with her other than the part about him and it reminds him of when his sister actually died*
B: *starts to cry* sis... why wont you wake up? please...I... im all better now... they made me better... *he smiles a little* so you dont need to work anymore...
Z: *Swallows and looks down a shiver running through my body and then nods now knowing why she did what she did*
D1: *The doctor tells zane that shes in a coma*
Z: *watches him shake her*
B: *He looks up at zane, tears running down his cheeks* whats wrong with her? why wont she wake up??
Z: *reality seeming to fade away for just moment knowing most don't come out of coma's zane looks over at him* because I'm a bad man....*looks down at her in shock not at all the zane you'd usually know walks up next to her and sits beside her and rests my head in my hands*
B: *looks at zane hesitantly* you... didnt do this to her did you...?
Z: I couldn't protect her....no but I will kill the men who did *stands up*
B: I want to help
Z: *thinks how can I deny her own brother from helping kill her attackers?* ok...
B: *He stands up straighter trying to look brave* when do we go?
Z: now *pays for them to keep the doctor there and her well and as soon as possible to the hospital but if not them to a room*
SN: *lurking close enough to listen in, but not so that I can be seen*
B: *bounces on his feet nervous but excited* lets go!
Z: *picks up phone and calls sav*
S: Zane?! *picks up*
Z: sav? Meet me at the bar on 24st I'll talk then don't ask questions go there now and wait I'm sorry I have to do this to you *hangs up and calls Soren*
SN: hello?
Z: don't ask questions I need your I meet me at the bar on 24th street get there and wait for me I'll meet you there
S: *goes to the bar and orders some shots*
SN: *searches the address for the bar and comes up with a small map. Moves toward the bar, but only goes half way, still able to see the window to the hotel room leaves Sarene near the hotel to watch the doc and Saphira*
Z: *walks out the door* ok come on kid *walks to the bar keeping him close*
SN: *does a quick check of the cameras from my tech pad to make sure everything is good inside the hotel follows Zane from the roof tops, keeping an eye on the kid, but staying out of sight*
B: *follows zane*
Z: *sees your shadow and doesn't look up knowing who it is*
S: *downing shots stressed out clearly*
SN: *Taps into your field com* I saw that twitch of realization *smirks to myself* Be careful. I'm not sure about this one
Z: *touches ear* noted thanks and yeah me either *gets there and opens the door sliding the kid in and sitting him at a table of the bar and grill then goes over to sav* sav *touches her arm*
S: *turns then wraps you in a tight hug* zane! You had me worried
Z: *hugs her back* listen *taps ear and turns on com*
B: *He sits, kicking his feet staring at the table*
SN: Listen I've got a problem
Z: go ahead *turns on yours as well*
S: *listens*
SN: *5 local gang members standing around me, one with a strange hat and a gold-toothed grin* I stopped in the wrong neighborhood Oh you've got to be kidding me
Gang leader: that's right You in the wrong neighborhood *pulls out a gold-inlayed 1911 .45*
Z: tell him Z still wants those letters
*raises eyebrow a moment in confusion, but goes back to hard look and tells him with a slight evil smirk* Z still wants those letters
*members look at each other*
Leader: *laughs* Da heck You talkin bout boy?
SN: *smiles* I'm sure you know in fact I bet it bought you that gun
Z: *zane has gotten up by now and followed them up and puts a knife around the leaders throat* that help remind you? *pushes the blade closer and cuts his neck some*
SN: *he throws the gun up and tries to put it under your chin, but I jerk out my revolver and blow the gun clean in half*
Z: *finishes it and he falls I the ground dead turns to the others* anyone else?
SN: *two of them pull pistols, but I turn and fan off two shots, dropping them like rocks*
Z: *the other two run* stupid
SN: I'll follow them *climbs from window to window, up to the roof and tails them to their meeting place drops down, busting through the tin roof of their hideout*
B: *goes outside and looks for zane*
Z: *zane looks down and sees him climbs down* hey kid
B: *tries to act like he wasn't worried* where'd you go?
Z: to take care if some business
B: *Looks down to hide the look on his face*... are you ok?
Z: yeah I'm ok
B: *Kicks at the ground unsure of what to say*

B: *Looks back up at zane, he sees the tears in his eyes he was trying to hide*
Z: *zane sees them* don't be afraid to cry As you grow you will learn to better control them but there is always a place for tears
B: *He wipes at his eyes and nods* thank you...
Z: *nods slightly* come on we have a heist to plan
B: *Follows zane* what if shes not there?

P: *I walk into the bar slowly, stretching*

P: "I don't think I've been effected by her at all actually..."
