Ripple was still in shocked but a couple days went by after the event and dedede hadn't left the destroyed castle dedede while the Waddles stood beside him hugging him " ripple"? He said looking behind him "dedede I wanted to talk to you" he nodded letting her sit beside him
" dedede I miss my home..." Dedede looks at her with sadnesses " you wanna talk about it"... she nods " I love my kingdom... more then anything more then my safety or wellbeing.... When I lost my grandmother it was the hardest thing I have ever went through I was only twelve.... And took the throne when she died I never had a childhood or a parent figure I stayed in my castle for fourteen years I never came out" she begun to tear up "because.... I was scared to let people in my heart... well when Ribbon and Adline came... they changed my life they are like sisters to me the only family I have they even helped me get out of my castle... I- I think I don't know what I would do with out them" she puts her head in her lap crying while her long braided hair flowed back in forth "I understand" ripple looks up at him with shock and interest
"I never met my parents" dedede looks at her "I was just found in a little egg... no one that's when I took cappie town as my kingdom it wasn't right but... I still did it" ripple grabs his hand gently and smiles
"I am glad I can see a glimpse of good in you" he grabs ripple and hugs her she puts her arms around him while the other hugs were care free and friendly this one felt sad but happy at the same time it felt as the whole world stoped only for the tow.
