Halloween with Actors and a Polygon

"C'mon, Just for one night? It's your first and probably your last halloween here and I wanna make it as wonderhoy as possible!" The pink haired girl exclaimed with a smile, determined to make this deity's halloween the most fun halloween it had.

"We can even get you a last-minute costume if you want! Just please, Expy, Just this one night!"

Expunged sighed, finally giving in to Emu so she would stop asking. "Fine. I'll go, but ONLY tonight. No more than that."

"Sir, yes sir!" Emu beamed before rushing to go find something.

"Maybe.. Ooh! There's these cat ears from a few years back! Maybe you'd like these? Ooh! Or these! Or maybe this, or that!" She quickly got to work on finding the perfect thing for her out-of-this-world friend before it spoke up.

"I don't need one. I'll go as is."

"But.. Wouldn't it be more fun if you had something?"

"Emu." Expunged was very insistent on going as itself. "It's fine."

"Alright.. You do look scary enough anyways, So it's alright!" She grinned before running off to get her costume and put it on, unintentionally earning a glare from her secret roommate in the process.

"Rui! Nene! Tsukasa! Wonderhoy!" Emu rushed to her troupe, Expunged following after.

They quickly pulled the small group's attention, all greeting their friend and her seemingly terrifying friend she introduced to them to what seemed like yesterday.

"Well, Are we all ready? Because tonight will be the first ever.. Uh.." Tsukasa fumbled on his words before Nene quickly interrupted his thinking. "Is everyone ready to go trick or treating?"

"I don't see that anyone isn't, apart from Tenma-kun." Rui smirked and Tsukasa quickly jumped to refute before Emu insisted they get going.

Expunged simply watched the four commence their conversation before actually getting to the point of going. In fact, It didn't even know why they even decided to do this. 4 high-schoolers going trick or treating. Shouldn't they be too old for this? Then again, its acquaintance does have the mentality of a child, It thought.

The group finally went on, splitting their goods equally whilst Expunged and Emu are sneaking one or a few more than the rest and Rui getting the bright idea to steal not all of the candy, but the bowl as well.

"Alright, That's a whole bunch of houses down and a few more to go!" Emu grinned, happy that she was spending this holiday with each of her friends.

"Nearly the entire neighborhood covered.. Not to mention it's getting super late, so Rui and I are probably gonna head home." Nene nudged Rui, gaining his attention.

"Mhm. We best get going before our parents lend up worrying." The purple haired male said.

"Bye, you three." He said before heading off with his childhood friend.

With the group finally dwindling, and Tsukasa leaving to go back home. It finally left Expunged and Emu walking back to her house with their goods they got from all around her neighborhood.

"So, How did you enjoy it? Was it super-duper wonderhoy with all the spooky decorations and all the really really tasty candies that taste really good?" Emu beamed, hoping her friend had fun.

She genuinely did want it to be at least a little happy with the time it spent with her friend's troupe.

"It was alright." Expunged answered. In secret, saying it enjoyed its time is an understatement.

It didn't even show it, but it really did have a great time seeing and partaking in the group's activities. Emu, being well.. Emu, could see its true emotions from a mile away. She smiled with relief that it really loved its time with the small group it had tonight. They conversed with each other as they walked back to Emu's residence, relishing in the small amount of time they had together.

Maybe, just maybe, Expunged would have a little bit more time here before it finds out how to get back to its "home."
