Part 14 : Flight

Y/n's POV

"Just take meds on time... If it didn't work then I guess, we need to do surgery."

I said to the last patient of the day.

"Thank you Doctor."
He said and stood up followed by me. I see off him and sighed heavily.

Its 10. Thankfully the presentation was good and Mr. Park was impressed after seeing it. Today's day was good and tiring.

I just want to jump on the bed and dig myself between blanket and mattress. But I'm hungry too.

I have to pack for the honey-trip too. The flight is tomorrow early morning around 7 AM.

A voice was followed by a knock on my door, which said...
"Ma'am, there's someone who came to meet you."

"But this was the last appointment right?"
I asked to Siya in a quite shocked way.

"But ma'am he really needs to meet you."
Ugh!

"Send him in."

"Actually he is calling you out. He is in reception."
She said.

And confusion took over my face. I nodded to her.

"Ma'am, Now can I go home, I'm too tired."

"Ah, yes, you may go. Lock the door first."

Whole hospital was empty instead of those who had night ship duties.

I took my phone and bag and came out of my cabin. Siya locked the door as I left from there.

I saw Taehyung at the reception. I smiled seeing him and he did same. I went to him.

"What are you doing here?"

"I came to pick you up."

"I have one more patient to see. Will you wait?"
He chuckled but I ignored it not understanding why did he chuckled.

I stopped Siya as she was on her track to the exit.
"Where is the patient that I have to meet?"

"In front of you, ma'am... He said that he is your new patient, so I didn't knew about him... Is he not?"
She asked.

I looked at him and he suppressed his laugh by streching his lips into thin line.

"I'm sorry ma'am... If you are not his patient. Then why did you...?"

"I am her patient. She just herself knew it right now."

"Sir, first of all, you need to do paperworks if you want to get treatment from Doctors over here."

"Oh, so do a husband need to sign papers to meet his wife?"

"Ye--- what?"
She looked at me shock and Taehyung chuckled.

"He is my husband. Kim Taehyung" I said.
She facepalmed herself and bowed continuously to him apologizing continuously.

"Its OK... Stop it Siya."
She stopped.

"Sorry, Sir, sorry ma'am."

"Its alright... Didn't you attended our marriage?"
Taehyung asked.

"She is my new assistant. You may go now."
I replied on behalf of her.

"Thank you ma'am. Goodnight to both of you. And happy journey to Maldives."
I nodded to her with a smile and Taehyung replied with Thanks and she left.

"So my patient... What issue do you have?"
I said crossing my arms against my chest.

"Actually, my stomach is making weird noises and I really feel like eating something tasty..." He said rubbing his stomach like a kid.
