Finishing up her last task for the day, Y/n made her way towards the exit but the lights shining in the dance studio immediately caught her attention, forcing her to promptly make a few steps backwards and glance inside.
The studio was empty, even though the lights were left on as if someone would be coming back in order to practice more.
Hypnotized by the space in the studio, the neatly cleaned parquet and mirrors, Y/n made her way into the studio, approaching the mirrors slowly as she fought the urge to start dancing to the rhythm wandering through her mind endlessly.
Remembering that there are cameras in the dance studio, she lightly twitched and walked towards the switch in order to turn the lights off.
The moment she turned the lights off, echoing of the steps through the hallway immediately grabbed her attention and she instinctively hid behind the door.
Expecting the steps to keep echoing through the hallway until they turned distant, she was caught off guard once the sound disappeared right in front of the dance studio, a tall silhouette leaving a shadow on the parquet with the help of the hallway's lights.
The strange shadow seemed to be entering the dance studio and as if he had extraordinary senses telling him that there was someone standing behind him, Hyunjin instantly turned around to face Y/n.
Caught by surprise, Hyunjin immediately jumped, pressing his hands against his chest as he let out a high pitched scream for a second.
Seeing his reaction, Y/n instinctively followed his actions by jumping and covering her own chest with her hands, the only difference being the fact that she didn't let out a high pitched scream, or any sort of a sound at all.
„What the hell Y/n?! I just lost ten years of my life!” Hyunjin spoke dramatically as he gasped for air.
„Relax, I wasn't exactly expecting anyone to come the dance studio again.”
„Well I could say the same thing! What are you even doing here?” his tone suddenly changed into a calmer and noticeably deeper one.
„I noticed that the lights were still turned on and that no one was inside, so I just turned the lights off and was about to leave but then you showed up and well...yeah.”
He suspiciously stared at her for a moment before finally talking again, „I see,” the suspicion remained present in his voice as he spoke.
„You don't seem convinced.”
„That's right.”
„Unbelievable,” she added sarcastically and he immediately grimaced at her.
„Well since you're already here, can I ask you for an opinion?”
Her eyes instantaneously widened at his question as she once again covered her chest with her hands, deliberately overreacting.
„No way, you are asking me for an opinion on something?”
„Yes. But if you plan to keep acting this way then you can just leave instead.”
„No, I wouldn't miss this opportunity for anything else. What kind of opinion do you need?”
He went silent for a moment again, but he quickly came back to his senses.
„Right. First you should turn the lights on again.”
She merely nodded in response, reaching towards the light switch with her right hand until the abrupt sound of Hyunjin's voice forced her to twitch entirely.
