Revenge

It started to get dark, and I started to get very tired. I yawned as I said. "Im gonna get some rest." I walked over to Amberclaw, and licked the top of her head. "Goodnight" I smiled. She smiled back and licked my ear. I padded over to the nest and laid my head on my paws. I woke up soon after to feel Amber
claw snuggling up next to me. I kept quiet and went back to sleep. I woke up to a strange growling noise. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Amber claw standing in front of me, and her neck fur bristled. I looked to the side and saw another cat that was not Acorn. I opened my eyes wider and realized that the weird mysterious cat was actually Nightfall. The one who had killed my mother. I stood up and yowled "What is this mouse-brained idiot doing here?" I began to breath heavily afraid of what was going on. "Iceheart, Please run!" Amberclaw yowled. "But I can't leave you here!" I cried out. "Iceheart please, Run and hide!" She pleaded. I quickly ran off, but I had a plan. Amberclaw was swatting at Nightfall. She didn't pay attention to his paw, and he then swatted at her already wounded shoulder. She fell to the ground and was whimpering in pain. I ran out of my hiding place, and jumped onto the cat's back and pulled him to the ground. I scratched the back of his head and he yowled in pain. He fell to the ground. He was still conscious, but unable to fight Blood streamed down the back of his head, onto the cold ground.. I dragged him outside by his neck and tossed him. "Goodbye Nightfall." I said in a stern voice, as I swung my paw down slashing his neck. He growled loudly, but took his last breath. I quickly ran back into the barn and saw that Amber claw was badly injured. "Amber claw please stay calm. I'm gonna go get some herbs!" I quickly ran back out and went to go find some herbs.I went back into the forest. I know it was wrong for me to do but I had to save Amber claw. I looked by a large tree and found some cobwebs. I carried it in my mouth, went off to find some dock leaves. I eventually found some and kept a look out. Right as I grabbed the herb I heard something in the distance. It was a ThunderClan patrol. I quickly snatched the herbs and ran off quickly but quietly. I think they might have heard me because I heard footsteps behind me. I quickly ran away before they could catch up to me. I quickly ran back to the barn and still saw Amber claw laying there. I chewed up the dock leaves and put it on her wounds. I then placed the cobwebs down too. "Amber claw, please rest for a while," I said, giving her a lick on the head. She fell asleep quickly because of all of her pain. Acorn then entered the barn. "Hey I caught some mi- '' He paused and looked at Amber claw. "What happened to her?" He said a little loudly. "Shh," I silenced him. "She's sleeping. Just follow me outside and I will tell you everything that happened." I then began to walk outside and Acorn followed close behind. I sat down and so did Acorn. I explained everything that happened. He was shocked the whole time. "I-I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you both." He had tears in his eyes. I could tell he felt ashamed. "Acorn, please. Don't be sorry. It's not your fault. Please don't blame yourself." I sat next to him to calm him down. He smiled. "Ice heart.. I need to tell you something."
