Months have past 8 to be exact its a long time to spend with the same people Kai and Daryl had argued a lot Kai argued with everyone a lot the past few months

Rick has just been off but still being the leader but somethings different than when they were at the farm hes different and he treated Kai different

Kai watched as her daughter and Ricks son Carl grew close not once were the two apart Kai thought it was cute but she knew that it would kill Isabella if something happened to the boy

"Kai come on we dont got time for this"Daryl huffs at the woman hes been frustrated with the woman all she ever does is keep her distance from the group ever since everyone found out she killed Shane

Lori had forgive Kai completely even thanked her for saving her husband but Kai knew that Lori and Shane were close she felt the guilt

The gulit is what pushed her away from the group even her own daughter "Yeah im coming"She scoffs at Daryl following him into a house

Only a few walkers were in the house everyone went in pairs searching even though all her and Daryl do is argue she always got stuck with him

She walked up to a door hearing foot steps on the other side she held her gun up and the door opens Rick pointing his gun at her

The both lowered their weapons and Kai huffed blocking her eyes from the flash light still in her eyes "Sorry"Rick whispers before turning around

Kai followed Daryl up stairs and into a room where an owl sat until Daryl shot it of course "What?"He asks noticing a look on her face "It was pretty is all"She says quietly before walking away

Daryl whistles as the walk down the stairs making everyone look over at the owl as Glenn and Maggie move some dead walkers out of the way

Kai sat away from the group but Isabella joined her after Carl was about to eat dog food that Rick threw

"Psst"T dog says nodding to the window where a bunch of walkers were stalking up to the house

They all ran to the back door and driving away Kai still rode with Daryl even though she was distancing herself

They all stop and get out Carl and Isabella stand watch as everyone else gathers around the map "We go no place else to go"T dog says

"When thie herd meets up with this one we'll be cut off we'll never make it south"Maggie says pointing to the map "What would you say that was about 150 heads?"Daryl asks

"More its probably doubled"Kai points out "Shes right that was last week its gonne be twice that by now"Glenn says supporting her

"This river could have delayed them if we move fast we might have a shot tear right through there"Hershel says "Yeah but if this group meets up with that one they could spill out this way"T dog argues

"So we're blocked"Maggie says "Only thing to do is double back to 27 and swing towards greenville"Rick points out

"Yeah we picked through that already its like we spent the winter going in circles"T dog says Kai knew everyone is hungry and tired which doesnt end well

"Yeah I know I know at Newnan we'll push west havent been through there yet we cant keep going house to house"Rick tells them

"Need some place to hold up for a few weeks"Rick says Kai noticed he was looking at Lori who stayed in the truck and is very pregnant

"Alright it cool if we get to the creek before we head out it wont take long"T dog asks "We gotta fill up on water we can boil it later"He adds "Knock yourself out"Rick tells him

"Kai"T dog says "Yeah?"She asks "Wanna help?"He asks and she nods T dog has really been the only one trying to keep Kais head on straight

Without him she would have probably lost her mind weeks ago she followed him to the creek "How you feeling?"He asks and she nods "Ill be okay"She tells him

"Still writing?"He asks and she nods again "You and writing is the only thing keeping me sane T"She tells him and he smiles "What are friends for"He says and she returns a smile
