After spending time with Adam I decided to move in with him. He gladly agreed to my moving in with him. I made him food everyday. One day I called my mother that was in Georgia for her honeymoon. " Mother I found someone new in my life and we are getting married" I said with excitement. Adam had proposed just the night before. My mother flew in from Georgia the next day. We went shopping all day for my dress and the bridesmaids. At midnight, we arrived home from a long shopping day. " Hey Adam I want you to meet your future mother in law Laury Chauffeur"I said. Months of planning for the wedding passed, today Saturday July 17, 1994 was the big day. From the venues, to the clothing, to the guests, to the ceremony and reception; everything was perfect. The day after the wedding Jacob called me on my cell. I was shocked and upset about him trying to invade my life again. I picked up this time. " Hello Jacob" I said. " Hey I have been thinking we should get together" He said. " I can't my husband won't like that" I said smirking. " What you got married? When did this happen?"He asked. " Yes I did. I guess I got over you quickly and found someone that will share the journey between two lovers. Just leave us alone." I said in a great way. " I still love you and my heart aches with pain for you Leigh Anne" He said with tears. " Stop loving me its all your fault!" I said angrily. I hung the phone up by slamming it. I ran to Adam and started crying like a stream. He kept asking me questions but I closed my eyes and wept. At night I walked out of our room and I left the house in my white long nightgown. I crept slowly out of the house. I went to Getty's house, my aunt that lives nearby. " Aunt Getty good morning I need to talk with you" I said. While we talked she braided my long brunette hair. " Remember that story " Journey of the two lovers" you recited to me" I said. She nodded. " Well I think it's happening to me" I said. " It is" she said puzzled. I nodded. We chatted for about an hour. I sent a letter to Jacob. Adam and I decided to move to Washington D.C. I went back to work for Dr. Peterson. Turns out Jacob recovered and found himself a wife of his own. I couldn't believe he married Susan when I found who he is wife was. Here is a little about Susan. Susan is from Ohio, raised by Dutch parents, has three brothers, and a gossip gal that likes to give out all the steaming details of the hospital.
