◦robin and y/n have been dating for a year
◦robin isn't doing well mentally
I looked at the empty seat next to me. Robin hasn't been in school for the past two weeks. I tried calling him last night, he didn't pick up. I decided I would go over to his house after school that day to see what happened. I missed Robin.
I rang the doorbell to Robin's house. After thirty seconds, his uncle opened the door. "Hey, Y/n. What's going on?" He asked. "Hi Mr. Arellano, is Robin home?" I responded. He hesitated, finally saying, "Yeah. He's in his room. He's not doing well mentally right now, and therapy isn't enough. He won't do anything anymore. He would be happy to see you though, please try and talk to him for me." He let me in, and I made my way up to Robin's room. I knocked on the door. "Robin? It's me, Y/n. Can I come in?" I asked. "Yeah." I heard Robin say from the other side of the door. It felt so good to finally hear his voice after two weeks. I opened the door.
His room was a mess. He was laying on his bed, watching TV. "Hey, baby. Are you okay?" I asked him. He shrugged. "I'm fine. Really, I am." He said. I frowned. "Robin..." I started. "I know you're not okay. You can talk to me, we've been through so much together. I love you and care about you. Please, Robin. Talk to me." I said. He looked away as his eyes filled with tears. "I'm not okay, and I don't know why. I don't have a reason to be this depressed. It's bullshit and I'm just being dramatic for no fucking reason." He said, wiping away his tears. "Awh, baby. Come here." I said, opening my arms for a hug. He instantly hugged back, sobbing into my chest as I stroked his hair.
He cried for another thirty minutes after that. When he stopped, I said, "Robin, I understand that this is hard, but can you please try? For me? I want to help you get better. Please." He simply nodded and hugged me again. He went and took a shower while I started cleaning his room. While he was in the shower, I called Finney, Gwen, Vance and Bruce, and arranged for all of us to hang out. I got back to cleaning his room, when he walked in and started cleaning as well.
When we finished, I told him I had a surprise for him. We walked out of the house, holding hands. "Okay, where are we going, Y/n?" He asked, smiling. "Well... it's a surprise." I said, smiling. We got to Bruce's house, and we all started hanging out. After an hour, Robin whispered in my ear, "Thank you." I smiled. "For what?" I whispered back. "For making me feel loved."
