eddie put on his mask and gently placed steve on his bed. he'll worry about him later. eddie had a phone in his left hand and a knife in his right hand as he headed outside to the Buckley household.
he was lucky her parents weren't home. eddie sat down beside a tree and dialed her number. she picked up and cleared her throat. "hello robin." eddie spoke, softly, not giving his voice away. "uhm, hi! who is this?" robin asked as she sat down on her couch. "you tell me." robin laughed. "well, i have no idea." eddie rolled his eyes.
"scary night, isn't it? with all the murders and all, its like your in a horror movie or something." robin laughed again and shook her head. "steve, you gave yourself away. are you calling from your house? i think dustin coming over in a little while." robin got up and turned her lamp on.
"do you like scary movies, robin?" robin walked around the room. "i like what your doing with your voice, steve. it's funny." robin sat down again. "what's your favorite scary movie?" eddie asked, smiling through his mask.
"oh, come on. you know i don't watch that shit." eddie scoffed. "why not? too scared?" he was disappointed. who didn't watch scary movies? "no, no. what's the point of them? they're all the same. some stupid killer stalking some big breasted girl who can't act, who's always running up the stairs when she needs to go out the front door. it's insulting." robin continued pacing around. it was a common thing she id while on the phone.
"are you.. alone in the house?" robin sighed and shook her head. "steve that's so unoriginal. im disappointed in you." robin sat down and looked out of the window. "maybe that's because im not steve. " robin was completely confused now. "so.. who are you?" eddie laughed. "the question isn't who am i. the question is where am i."
robin was slightly more scared. she was home alone, and there was a murder on the loose. "so.. w-where are you?" eddie scoffed. "your front yard." robin furrowed her eyebrows and walked up to the door. "why would you be calling me from my front yard?" she asked. "that's the original part." robin rolled her eyes. "oh yeah?" she looked out of the window, there was nobody.
"well i call your bluff." robin unlocked her door and stepped outside. "so where are you?" eddie hummed. "right here." robin looked around for a moment and laughed. "can you see me right now?" eddie sat up on the tree. "uh-huh." robin didn't believe it one bit.
"uh-huh, okay." she had to let her child side come out at least once. she put her finger in her nose and spun around. "what am i doing? huh? huh? what am i doing? hello!" robin laughed and smiled. "nice try steve. ill talk to you later, okay? bye now." eddie furrowed his eyebrows and groaned. "if you hang up on me, you'll die just like your mother."
robins face went pale. "do you wanna die, robin? your mother sure didn't." robin's eyes began to sting. "fuck you, you cretin!" robin ran inside and locked her door whilst hanging up the phone.
eddie hopped up and ran inside, slamming open the door beside robin just in time. she screamed and eddie swung the knife at her, but he didn't exactly hit her. he knocked her over. perfect.
aha, just kidding. robin kicked eddie in the shin and he fell as well. eddie got up first and put his body weight onto robin, holding her down. he grabbed her hair and slammed his head onto hers.
he dragged the knife over her throat and inner chest, but didn't cut her. he raised the knife with both hands and was about to stab her, but she moved him off of her. "no!" she tried opening the door, but it was locked. she then closed it, unlocked it, and opened it again, but eddie was already back up.
she ran upstairs and eddie laughed quietly. she said it's insulting when they run up the stairs in horror movies. eddie followed right behind her until she closed and locked a door in front of his face.
eddie easily busted through the door, but the closet door in front of it blocked most of his view. he swung his hand around in the crack, but eventually stopped. he looked stupid.
robin turned on the lamp in her room and dialed 9-1-1, but it went to a busy signal, which gave eddie much more time to get into the room.
eventually eddie got tired and decided to find another way to get inside the room, whilst robin was still attempting to dial 9-1-1. she gasped when she saw someone at the window. "eddie? what- why are you here?" eddie climbed through the window as he shoved the phone in his pocket.
"i heard screaming, is everything alright?" robin pulled eddie into the room and began frantically speaking. "the killers here. he's in the house. he's in the house, he's gonna kill me, he's gonna kill me!" robin sobbed out as she hugged eddie tightly.
he hated comforting people. "he's gone, he's gone. it's alright." he reached into his back pocket and pulled out the knife, and luckily robin didn't see. he put the tip of it to her back and chuckled.
"it was so, dearly rude for me to lie, but it had to be done." eddie whispered in her ear and shoved the knife into her back, letting her fall to the ground. he hopped out of the window again and grabbed his mask before running back to his home.
