Benny was wearing the same chequered suit as she last saw him: in the middle of nowhere with her wrists tied and a gun to her head. She was completely helpless, at the end of her life.

Goodsprings was good to her but she wanted to hunt him down. A month, it had taken, for her to travel here, to find him, to take revenge.

"Khans might kill people without looking them in the face, but I ain't a fink, dig?" she recalled him saying as he walked up to her, gun in one hand, the Platinum chip in the other. If he wasn't a fink, then what was he?

The Courier was barely up to his nose. He was a tall guy, she was a short girl. All his body guards didn't even bother to ready their weapons as they saw her. Benny couldn't help but stare at the girl with a bit of guilt. She just looked so helpless and innocent.

The sudden spark in her eyes caused him to jump.

Fuck, he thought realising what he was thinking, she's the complete opposite of that.

His loyal guards all whipped their heads round to him. Their boss was showing so much restlessness. He constantly tapped his fingers on his leg or fiddled with his cigarette, things he only did when he was nervous which was almost never. So who was this little lady?

Clearing his throat and ignoring his little fright, he returned to his usual confident self, "Hello! That broad everyone saw go into the Lucky 38, that was you?"

After hearing their boss, their hands reached straight for their guns and edged towards him. They didn't know anything about the two's relationship but they knew something was up. They had to guard him; anyone who was affiliated with Mr House was a threat.

Despite this being true, Benny ushered them back. He didn't know what would happen and didn't want them to be involved.

He shuffled towards her. Her smile grew even wider.

He moved a bit closer. Her fierce eyes never broke contact with his. Not even when he was close enough to hear her breath. That wasn't showing any signs of nervousness either.

She didn't seem at all fearful when he put his lips to her ear.

His usually arrogant voice slightly faltered as he whispered, "Let's keep this in the groove, hey? Smooth moves, smooth like little babies." He eagerly hoped that it would.

The shock had died down and finely the panic was setting in. He had been through worse so why was he so nervous?

She wasn't.

She had a plan.

She had had an entire month to plan out her revenge.

He had had a whole month to prepare his next move.

How naive he was to think that he was finished with her.

How naive he was to think he'd killed that broad when she was killing him.

As he stepped back, he expected her to act as politely as possible before the getting the chance to jump him. He didn't expect however, her to bite her slightly chapped lips, grab his collar and pull him back towards her.

"When we met, you ran off so fast I never got your name," she said, loud enough for the guys behind them to hear.

To Benny's annoyance, they merely laughed, whispering things like, "How the Boss was a ladies' man."

He couldn't believe it. He simply stared at her.

She stared right back.

He scoffed, clearing the silence. With a smirk, he replied, "You making a pass at me, sister? Because I'm out of your league."

Her arms were quick as she wrapped them around his neck. He snaked his around her waist, helping her balance on her toes. They looked like a romantic couple. The envious guards smirked and let go of any suspicions.

Her voice was sugary sweet but he could still taste the bitterness, "Oh, but I'd die to be with you."

Her emphasis caused him to wince but he could play her game. "I'd love to be the one to kill you."

"With your loving or a gun to the head?"

"Which you'd rather?" He smirked, pulling themselves closer, feeling her soft curves press against his chest.

He'd never admit it, but she was ever so slightly turning him on.

He'd never admit it, but it had the urge to just kiss her.

He'd never admit it, but his heart started racing as she ran her foot up against his leg.

He'd never admit it, but when she insisted they find somewhere private, he let her into his suite.
