I let out a tired sigh after the first rehearsal. I'm still not sure if I can go to that three-day thing.
As I think those words, Emu's brothers enter. I've seen them a couple times; but not properly spoke to them as Emu just gave in my signed work forms herself.
"Big brothers!~ Welcome!" she jumps into them.
"Tch- What are you doing, charging into me?" the younger-looking one pushes her away.
"Anyway. With you all being promotional embassadors, we have decided to take buisness outside of PXL. I'm sure Emu's told you all already, considering her annoying screaming this morning." the one with glasses pushes them up as he talks, then folds his arms with a stern look.
"Ah, yes, we did. But we accept this generous offer! Allow us to advertise brilliantly and impress everyone!" Tsukasa steps forward and places a clenched hand to his chest, his eyes beginning to sparkle. I loved how his eyes looked when he began to talk about things he liked.

After a discussion about target audiences and whatnot, they moved onto the topic of where we are performing.
"Well, you'll be staying at Pheonix Ocean Resort. We need to widen our audience, and I believe this is the perfect way."
"Of course, a destined star like me deserves this! I'm so glad we're all able to go!" Tsukasa smugly beamed as he whirled around to look at us all.
"Wait.. that's that luxury hotel, right? Woah.." a smile sparks on Nene's face, and she proceeds to face down and think about it all.
"Yes. We're depending on you all, don't mess this up."
...
Once the brothers had taken their leave, we all sat bewildered for a moment.
Emu springs up. "Are we going to stick with this play, or do another one, or a new one for the resort?"
"Hm... It might be difficult for us to come up with all the props and whatnot in due time." Tsukasa scratches his chin. "But I do want to hear everyone's thoughts on this."
"Well.. To be honest, I sort of have an idea.." Nene chimes in, looking down at her knees.
"Oh? Do tell!"
"Well.. Maybe a mermaid type thing? Haha, I just wanted to do the thing that got me into all this.." she stretches her arms out and yawns.
"Elaborate! I'm interested!" Tsukasa takes a seat next to Nene and nods as she speaks.
She spoke about how she wanted to go along with a play like the little mermaid, and told us about the one she'd seen when she was younger.

Within a couple hours, Rui and Tsukasa worked together to make a quick script and I helped Emu and Nene with prop and outfit ideas. Soon we had come to an agreement and good script plans.
"Splendid work today, everyone! Shall we all go get something to eat? It's already the afternoon!" Tsukasa announces and we all nod.

After a tiring Saturday of nothing but work - I say that as if I had plans - I let myself fall on one of the benches.
As it was becoming winter, it was rather dark and all I could think of was reaching home and going to sleep. The cold breeze shivered past my clammy forehead; a weird feeling I'd never wanted to experience.
