We walked upstairs to see blood it was on the floor and walls everywhere. As I walked further I turned back quickly and cried into jacobs chest he began to walk closer towards my moms room to see her hanging.
"Yn let's go" Jacob whispered I heard his heart beat faster
"Okay" I said as we started running out jacob began to call 911 he waited a second then they answered
"HELLO I NEED HELP SOMEONE IS HANGING FROM MY GIRLFRIENDS HOUSE SOMEONE KILLED HER MOM!!" Jacob said as he began to cry
"HOUSE 123 on 456st!!" Jacob cried as I saw him cry I couldn't help but think MY mom was dead I started crying too
"NO!! I DONT KNOW WHO IT WAS!!" Jacob screamed I fell into jacobs arms outside of the house we were both in tears
Moments later an ambulance, police and firefighters pulled up.The people in the ambulance came out and went into the house while police came to us
"Sir ma'am if you don't mind we'll need to pull you in for an investigation" the man said
"Sure" Jacob said
"B-but we-we didn't do anything" I said
"Still ma'am" he said
"Okay then let's go" I said I read off the mans name it was detective matthews
"Okay get into this car and we'll be on our way" detective matthews said
"Okay" I said as i scooted next to Jacob he turned and looked at me he opened his arms and I hugged him and we both didn't let go until we arrived
Me and Jacob got out i was scared and nervous I quickly held Jacobs hand
"It'll be fine yn" Jacob said
"Okay" I said as we walked into the building
"Sir? Ma'am? We're going to need to interview you too...separately" a woman behind the counter said
"Wh-what rooms do we go in or do we wait?" I said
"You'll wait" she said
"Okay" I said as me and Jacob went to go sit down
I kept shaking my leg and was biting my lip. Jacob placed his hand on my leg and said "yn it's fine"
"I-I know Jacob I'm just scared" I said them out names got called
"Jacob day!!" Detective matthews said then I heard my name get called out but by someone else
"Yn Akers!!"
"You'll be fine yn" Jacob whispered as we got up
Then I saw as Jacob went off into the room and I went into an opposite room.
"We'll go there im detective Ross" she said
"H-hi" I said as I observed her she looked like she was in her mid 30s with brown hair and brown eyes
"So would you be able to explain what happened hon?"
"W-well my brother came back from the army yesterday and after talking for about two hours he left then me and my boyfriend" she cut me off
"Who's your boyfriend?" She asked
"Jacob the one that's in the other room" I said
"Okay now continue" Ross said
"Then around five thirty ish my brother came and woke me and Jacob up and said he wanted to show us something..." my face went white as a ghost
"Yn...do you think ace did it?" She said
"Wha-No?! He would never!!" I said
"We'll honey we found his finger prints on your mothers on body and on the weapons" she said
"No..." I said as I began to cry
"I know but now you and Jacob can go I know you'd never do such a thing you have no criminal record nothing and same with Jacob you both are fine now get going" she said
"Wait h-have you found my brother?" I said
"Yes he tried running but we caught him" she said
"Okay then" I said getting up and opening the door
"Oh and yn please be careful honey" I said
"Will do" I said as I got out I saw Jacob coming out too
"Hey" he said opening his arms for a hug
"Hi" I said going into his arms as I softly cried and I could feel jacobs tears on me
"I'll drive you too home" detective matthews said
"Thanks" Jacob said
Matthews drove me to jacobs there was pure silence for the five minute ride
"Here you two are" Matthews said
"Thank you" I said
"Thanks" Jacob said
"Your welcome have a nice night" he said
Me and Jacob got out of the car. We were both exhausted then Jacob opened the door
"After you love" he said
"Thanks Jacob" I said
He closed the door and we began to go jacobs room the second we got in his room we both headed to his bed and closed our eyes. I felt jacobs hand wrap around my waist. It took me a while to fall asleep but eventually I did.
