A month later everyone was sleeping in it was Saturday too. Then I woke up to some one knocking on the door.
"Do you want me to get it?" Jack says from his room
"No I'm already up I'll get it" I say as I start walking to the door
I rub my eyes and open the door "hello-?" I see it's Jacob
"H-hey yn" he says looking at the ground
"Hello Jacob" I say
"C-could i come in?" He asks
"Sure...but you BETTER be quiet understand?" My voice firm
"Yeah" he says
As he comes in I close the door and we go into the kitchen
"Coffee?" I say
"Yeah" he says as he sits down
"Here" I say as I hand him the mug
"Did you get that for Reese?" Jacob asks as he points to the little basketball hoop
"Um no jack actually got it for him" I say as I pour myself some coffee and go to sit down across from Jacob
"So anything...um big I miss?" Jacob asks
"Yeah actually" I say
"Wh-what did I miss?" Jacob says
"Well reese took his first steps a couple days ago" I say
"Wait really?" Jacob says as he puts down the coffee
"Yeah...he did" I say
There was an awkward silence between us then I heard footsteps
"Yn Reese is up" jack said as he walked into the kitchen and then sees Jacob "oh hey Jacob" jack says
"Hey jack" Jacob says
"How are you?" Jackson asks
"Good um could I see Reese?" Jacob asks
Jackson looks at me not knowing what to do and I give him the signal to give him to Jacob and he does
"Wow buddy you got big" jacob says as he hold Reese
Around 10 minutes go by and Jackson says "is it okay if I take Reese? I just want to bring him outside" Jackson says
"Umm I'm actually hold-" I cut him off
"Yes and you should bring out the hoop" I say
"Okay" Jackson says as he takes Reese and grabs the hoop "hold your ball buddy" Jackson says then goes out in the back
"Hey!! What was that for I was holding my son!!" Jacob says
"Yeah well I wasn't done talking to you!! You PROMISED me you weren't going to get drunk that night!!" I say loud
"It's not my fault yn it just happened!!" Jacob says
"That's no excuse j!!" I say
"I swear yn it was an accident yn!!" Jacob says
"Okay then right now tell me if there was ANYTHING else that happened!!" I say
"Nothing beside that" Jacob says
"Okay I believe you" I say
Another minute of silence was there then Jackson came running inside with Reese
"RESSE SAID HIS FIRST WORDS!!" Jackson said
"WHAT WERE THEY?!?!?!" Me and Jacob both said
"Jackie" Reese says
"Aww" I say
"Nice" Jacob says I could hear the jealousy in his voice
"I know!! I love this kid so much" jack says as he hugs Reese
"Hey don't you need to go home?" Jacob says
"Jacob!!" I say
"Um" jack was froze his smile gone he looked like he was about to cry "um here yn I'll uh get going" he said as he started to walk to the doer then run out
"REALLY JACOB?!" I scream
"WHAT?! THE KID HAS HIS OWN HOME!!" Jacob yells back
"YEAH WITH AN ABUSIVE FAMILY!!" I scream
"GET BRYCE TO PICK YOU UP IM NOT DEALING WITH YOUR SHIT TODAY!!"
Jacob looks at me he's frozen
"YOU HEARD ME CALL BRYCE!!" I scream again, Reese being to cry
"Shhh baby it's okay" i say getting up and I begin going to my room
"YN!!" Jacob yells
But I ignore him I walk to the room and lock the door and call Bryce
"Yn?" He says
"Hey could you come and pick up Jacob?" I say
"Um yeah sure" Bryce says confused
"Thasks bye" i say
"B-bye?" Bryce says
