Chapter 13

A/N: I have come to a decision that is very good but very bad. However I will stand by it and progress the story with it. I am sorry if it is disappointment for some.

~Mako's POV~

" So why am I being called to the training room again?" I asked Izuna when he was leading me to the said place.

" Aniki's orders."

" Tch." I quietly followed the younger Uchiha to the training room. If this had anything regarding fighting today, I was not in the right clothing. But I had fought in a skirt before, this should not be as hard.

We arrived at the place and I took off my shoes. Izuna knocked on the door and upon receiving the signal, we entered.

There were a bunch of people residing the training room. But was people the right word for some of them?

I took a breath and spotted my boss. I walked to him while Izuna sat somewhere else. I had not forgotten what happened yesterday, so, I was a bit, wait, a lot, angry at the Uchiha.

" Aah, Mako." Madara said and stood from his place and walked to the centre of the room. All eyes on him then at me who was right behind him.

I raised an eyebrow as I noticed through those faces that they were all men. Odd bunch of men. Nine men-wait, that one....is it a girl? Possible.

" Here." I was handed a file which contained names and information regarding all of the people in front of me.

" What about them?" I asked Madara and went through the file.

All of these people were unique in abilities, family backgrounds and interests. But what was Madara planning?

" You are responsible for them."

~Madara's POV~

" Yes, I have given you the authority over them." I answered to my assistant with a sigh.

" Why, is what I am asking!" Mako yelled. I leaned back in my office chair and crossed my arms.

" Don't raise your voice with me." I said with a glare.

" Apologies." I nodded.

" Ren will help you with them. You are supposed to test their skills, get them suitable missions, beat them up if they misbehave and things of the sorts."

" Where are they staying?" She asked with a shake of her head. I smirked.

" Dormitory attached to the compound."

" Alright." Just when Mako said that, there was a knock on the door.

" Enter." I allowed and in came Ren, whose face turned into a very mischievous one after looking at Mako.

" Oh I did not know you both were 'busy'. I will just come back later-"

" Ren!" I laughed mentally. Outward laughter would ruin my badass reputation and style.

" Ren. Come in." I ordered and that instant, all the carefree mood lifted from the office.

" Yes?" She stood next to Mako and I analysed them both with a hard look. " No wonder Mako's always complaining."

" Excuse me?" Mako asked, shocked. I was a bit surprised myself.

" I mean, now I see it for myself. Your boss keep frowning so you have every reason to frown back." Ren kept speaking.

She was similar to Izuna in her never ending blabbering. Izuna often did that but it has been a while since he stopped. I wonder why.

" Ren is absolutely right. You keep a dangerous look on and expect 'me' to smile and act all cheery, which I am not? Something is loose in your head let me tell you." Mako seconded the pinkette.

I raised an eyebrow and sighed. These two girls were lecturing ME, The Great Uchiha Madara like I was just a regular person.

" Women look ugly in anger wrinkles. That is my excuse." I simply said then placed my hands on the table.

" Well, same goes for men." Both the girls spoke simultaneously. I smirked.

" I will let this matter pass today. Right now, I have more important business to discuss." I spoke and handed Mako the file which she was given just in the morning in the training room.

" What am I supposed to do?" Ren asked with a confused look plastered on her face.

" I have already briefed Mako on the details. You are to help her with the assignment. Simple."

" Okay....."

" You both are dismissed." I ordered and watched the two girls leave my office. Some conversation I had caught from the open door.

" What is this about?" Ren asked.

" You'll see." Mako replied.

" And what's that name on the file?" There was a clear pause then Mako replied.

" Akatsuki."
