"The novel you uploaded...what is it about?"
She asked casually.
Not a bit of suspicion in her voice as wanshu replied awkwardly
"Oh...i'm a but embarrassed. Its not well planned and i wrote whatever came up to mind, its actually about my experience in my current job. I think it will be a good platform to spread awareness about sexual harassment...although i'm still debating wether to upload it. I'm not sure  nang cheng would be pleased to read it. He usually reads our books before publishing it."
She explained and sighed before taking a sip of her coffee
Baiqu took a deep breath and smiled softly before speaking
"He wont hurt you anymore, not after what happened to him."
Baiqu then showed her the autopsy of Nang Chen
Her eyes widened and started gagging so she hid the autopsy pictures back in the folder
As she nervously sipped her coffee
"Look, we're trying to look for clues. We're interrogating you coworkers too. So please help us."
Bai pleaded and caressed the back of her hand as she pulled away shyly
"I don't understand...No one has seen my works yet...But the way he died...i...it was the same one on my draft...Only i can access my laptop, there's no way someone could've leaked the story...nevertheless read it. I don't even plan on uploading it..."
She explained nervously while fidgeting with the tissue.
Bai can sense wanshu's nervousness and anxiety growing.
Given the fact that wanshu has a terrible past with this kind of case.
"Let's just do this some other day, why don't You go home and take a rest. Think about it first and if you feel like you know someone who snooped on your lap top, please tell me immediately."
She said softly and packed her things
"I...i will, detective bai..."
Wanshu replied, trying her best to steady her breath before packing her thing too.

Wanshu finally arrived home after a finishing some works
She sat on her desk and cautiously opened her laptop
Powering it on and opening one of her unpublished book draft
She opened it, making sure there were no changes.
It was still the same when she left.
No notice of another party logging in either that made her question everything bai said.
Is it all a coincidence? Many people has hatred towards Nang Chen.
This must be his karma right...?
Everything's overwhelming her.
She sat on her bed and ran her fingers through her hair as she tried to think of any other clue.
Maybe it's really just an coincidence?
She can't be alive...Is she?
She thought to her self, questions and anxiety filled her mind.
She'll just add some CCTV around her house...
She suddenly lightheaded so she decided to lay and take a nap,  snuggling her pillow and getting under her blanket...

"This brings me back, it feels so nice to get close with you like this again."
She murmured, sitting beside wanshu's sleeping body, carefully brushing the hair from her cheeks before getting up and checking her laptop
She plugged in her USB on wanshu's laptop and on her phone laying by the bedside table
After a few seconds. It finally reached 100% before she unplugged it
She walked to wanshu's bed, giving a soft peck on her forehead
"I'll always be with you. For now on. I kept my promise."

Wanshu gasped as she woke from her sleep, she had a cold sweat...she swear someone was just in her room. She sat down and looked around finding no sign of anyone entering.
Was she just dreaming...? The situation is getting to her now.
She hugged her knees, covering her self with her blanket, still looking around and cautious of her surrounding...
