I have never been this stressed before to let some guy in my room

I have never been this stressed before to let some guy in my room. I cleaned every single corner of my room and apartment because I didn't want Austin to find something weird. Because believe me, it can happen when you live together with Willow.

I found underwear at the weirdest places after she got back with some of her one-night stands. But those times are also done for her because she has been dating Davina now. They finally made it official which means I have to spend a lot of time with them together on the couch eating each other's face up.

It was weird in the beginning to see Willow so happy since she always told me that love doesn't exist. She was the number one part of the not believing in love club. I am quite sure that she would the leader if it would ever exist.

But I can't complain about it because I am happy for her. That doesn't mean I haven't given her crap about it at times. It is fun to see her rile up while Davina is biting her lips not to laugh. Which she always loses at the end of Willow's speech.

"Call me if you need anything." Arden blows a kiss at me before she leaves. She has another date with some guy she met on a dating app. She made sure that all the guys on the app are not from our college because she doesn't want to bump into them. So that means she is dating guys from Austin's college.

"It is going to be okay." I say to no one in particular. I just need to make sure to keep breathing because it is only Austin who is coming over tonight.

I should have known that agreeing to a movie night would lead to this. I thought he would go to the cinema but apparently, he had a different idea. He wants to stay at my place because that is easier to talk to. But that doesn't change the fact that I am a nervous wreck.

I am more of the whole go on a date where you barely have to talk and then get to the good part. Some might think that I am kind of like a guy because I rather get to know a person without clothes than go to a diner and have to talk about my life with someone.

My doorbell rings which mean I have exactly five minutes to check myself out in the mirror before Austin is at my door. And I take those five minutes to look at myself and the whole natural look that I went for that took me way longer than the extravagant make-up I use for my shows.

Willow even laughed at me when she saw me getting ready because I told her that it didn't mean a thing. So getting ready way too early for the date that I said wouldn't be one, made her fucking laugh like an animal.

And I know she is going to use that the next time when I am teasing her against me.

I use my hands to lay my hair well before I open the door and am met with Austin. "Hi, honey girl." He looks attractive with his messy hair and he purposely does like that because I once told him it looked good.

"Hi, hotshot." He gives me one of those genuine smiles that makes my heart beat faster. It makes my palms feel sweaty because that man just does things to my body. He has no clue what he does by just smiling at me. And I have learned to just embrace it and not fight it anymore.
