"Nancy's so stupid!" Robin yelled to Steve, a crowd of people walking down the hall. The girl hated Nancy, but she couldn't find a reason to bicker about.
Steve let out a chuckle. "She can be if you're not friends with her." Steve drooled over her, even if the couple did break up, the guy still had feelings for Nancy.
"But Nancy's a crybaby!" Robin slammed her locker shut, sliding her backpack on her shoulders, an annoyed attitude plastered over her. A bunch of other students gave her weirded out looks.
"Need a ride to work?" Steve quickly changed the subject, glancing around at the people that watched the scene. the crowd skimmed down by a lot. Robin still had a sassy mood, but what other options did she have, She didn't even have a driver's license.
"Yeah, why not." She sighed.

"Only one hundred more dollars until we get to go use our savings on the festival." Steve peered at Robin, his hands stiff on the wheel.
The girl sighed, the Hawkins festival was always a big deal with Steve. It was a big event in the area that had tons of people that showed off what made Hawkins important to them, but it was mainly turned into a party and grab food event. He always brought the younger kids and babysat them while watching Nancy from afar. it was his ideal fun day.
"That is if we even make enough money for it. That event is stupid anyways." Robin rolled her eyes, chewing on a piece of gum Steve offered her.
"It is not!" Steve furrowed his eyebrows. He enjoyed every little thing in life that Robin didn't. He bit his lip while driving into the Family Video store.
