Jungkook chokes on his coffee, least expecting that question while Jimin whirls around with a stunned expression, momentarily forgetting about the pancakes in the pan.
"What?" He cries offended.
"Santa Claus? Marcus said he isn't real," and Taehyung's pouting now.
"Oh baby," Jimin mumbles and Jungkook moves from his seat to turn the knob of the stove.
The last thing they need is burnt pancakes.
Jimin scoops Taehyung in his arms and boops his nose.
"Santa Claus is real. Really really real," he assures, "Who do you think places those presents under the christmas tree?"
"Santa?" Taehyung says, sounding unsure.
"Exactly!" Jimin chirps, "Santa does."
"But Marcus—"
"Oh fuc— I mean, forget what he said. You trust appa and dada, don't you?"
Taehyung nods.
"Well, then. Santa is real!" Jimin smiles.
And oh, Jungkook should have seen this coming. Should have seen that look of pure determination in Jimin's eyes as he said that.
To be continued
