Basic Info: The most rare kind of dragon. This tyrannical type of dragon will usually use its unique ability to manipulate other dragons to construct armies and whole cultures around them, making dragons their slaves. There's been no occurrences of one not using their power for evil purposes. Not only can they make armies this species is extremely strong when they grow and they grow extremely fast.
