I open my eyes as I'm laying on the floor with a piece of glass in my arm

I sit up and grab the glass piercing my palm. I rip the glass out my arm and watch it heal

I look around the place to see everything samshed and people dead or dying everywhere.

I stand up as I hear my dads voice"She won't wake up, I don't understand"

I attempt to walk to them but end up falling over as I feel a strange feeling in my chest

I try to ignore the feeling and make my way to damon to see him holding Elenas unconscious body with Caroline and Stefan there

Damon nods and speeds Elena to the hospital
