Episode 26 Day one of twenty two thousand
Its been 2 weeks since Jo died and Elena got put in a magical coma. So far everything has gone good
Me and Caroline are sat on her mum's bench together. I'm on my phone while she is writing in her diary about everything that has happened for Elena.
"What you writing?"I look up from my phone to see Stefan stood there with his hands in his pockets. How is he wearing trousers?
"Stefan. What are you doing here?"Caroline looks at him surprised
"Matt reported some blood bags missing from the hospital, so I thought I'd check it out"He shrugs
"Do you think it's lily?"I look at him putting my phone in my pocket
"If it's not, then she has quite literally dropped off the face of earth. I'm still deciding if that's a good thing or a bad thing"He walks closer to us
Caroline chuckles"So, how's Damon?"
I but in laughing"Oh, I don't think you wanna know. Poor bonnie"
Stefan nods"Yeah, what she said. And if the last time he sat around waiting decades for a girl thought us anything, then I am worried"
Caroline laughs"Well, if your worried then I'm terrified"She raised her eyebrows
I look between them both with squinted eyes and my lips pressed together
Stefan nods pursing his lips before shaking his head and sitting down. He looks at Caroline"I made this, uh, a thing, didn't I?"
She plays dumb and gives him a confused look"You made what a thing?"
He speaks with his arms basically"Well, I told you how I felt about you and now it's..... it's wierd."He clarifies
I scoff smirking"You can say that again"I whisper under my breath knowing full well they can both hear me
Caroline shakes her head"No! It's not weird Stefan."
I look at her with furrowed eyebrows"You just asked about my father, who you hate, to fill akward silence. Even I know that"
She looks at me"Okay, I don't hate Damon. I'm just...... obviously, you know, scrambling to fill awkward silence"She gives in
Stefan nods putting his elbows on the top of the bench"Right"
"Okay, it's a thing. You made it a thing. Congratulations"Caroline praises
