*Start Flashback*

Revy: Like I said, a real shame. Just answer me one last thing: what do you want on your tombstone... cocksucker?

Rock: [narrows eyes] How about, 'there's no excuse for a fool with a gun'?

*End Flashback*

The soldiers funneled into the street like a virus. The group opened fire on them, bodies rag dolling to the floor. One by one, the remaining Hotel Moscow men were gunned down. As the United States closed in, the deaths grew.

Dutch took a bullet to the arm, then growled furiously. "You fucking BASTARDS!!!!"

He picked a shotgun up off the ground and blasted the troopers away, only for more to take their place. As he kept taking bullets, Dutch let out his last words.

"Amen... Hallelujah... Peanut... Butter..." Dutch then collapsed.

Yolanda was next, followed by Eda. Suddenly, a grenade flew in the middle of the others. Rock called it and they took cover, but Genesis wasn't fast enough. Revy's sister held on long enough to call her over. As Revy held her sister in her hands, she truly sobbed for the first time in years. Genesis only managed to say "I'm sorry" before passing.

In the process of dodging the grenade, Boris broke his legs.

"Kapitan, I cannot go on..." he said, remorsefully.

Tears began to fall from Ms. Balalaika's eyes as she nodded. She propped him up against a nearby wall then put her pistol to his chest.

"Farewell, comrade..." she kissed him on the lips gently then put a bullet in his heart. She laid her closest advisor down on the ground and wiped away the tears.

It was down to Rock, Revy, Jack, Ms. Balalaika, Bao and Rico. The ammo was running low and the enemies were increasing. They were deprived of time and ground.

"Well Rock, in any case it was quite the pleasure working with you. I can die considering you as a comrade and a friend."

Rock smiled and nodded. Bao put his hand on Revy's shoulder. "Hopefully there's a bar in Hell that I can work at. Otherwise, I'm fucked."

Rico and Revy laughed a bit. "Well if you do find one, invite us so we can all drink Bacardi and have good times." Revy replied with a twisted smile.

She then turned to Rock. "Hey babe, do you still want that one liner on your tombstone?"

Rock shook his head as he blindly shot a sniper from a nearby rooftop. "I have a better one"

"Like what?" Revy enquired as she took two soldiers down with headshots.

"How about, 'Not all villains are evil.'?" Revy smiled and kissed her boyfriend on the cheek as they all climbed through a big hole in a wall and into a small room.

"I like that." Just then, another grenade flew in between them, but this time there was no where to go. No one had the strength or speed to grab it and throw it back. Except one.

Jack grabbed it, but realised the fuse was low. He smiled at his foster parents, then climbed out of the building and sprinted toward the crowd of soldiers bearing down on them. Rock and Revy both screamed for him to stop but he didn't listen. He ran full blast toward the US forces who hesitated in the presence of a child. They all watched as he threw himself into their ranks. The grenade exploded, the smoke throwing a hazy censor bar over Jack's body being ripped to pieces. Revy let out a roar of agony as she looked on. Rock just stood there in horror. He collapsed to the floor and broke down. The military that was just attacking them stopped, sharing the same face as Rock... and among them, Mr. Jimmy and Johnson.
