Sofia The First : Protector In Training

The Battle Begins

"So true, you all are coming to the party at our castle right?" Amber asked

"Of course." Zooey replied

"Ok, we'll see you there." Amber and Sofia started to the coach when....

"Sofia? Are you there?" Chrystas voice came from the Enchanet.

"Yes, I'm here." Sofia activated the talk function to see Chrystas face.

"We thought we stopped Vor, but we didn't! She actually succeeded in getting g all the power. She's trapped us here, and we need your help." Chrysta stated

"Ok, I'll be coming." Sofia held her amulet and turned into a fairy once again.

Amber came by and gasped at seeing g her sister. "Another assignment?"

"Well?" Sofia replied sheepishly.

"Go. That's what a princess and a Protector does." Amber encouraged. "But be careful!"

"I will." Sofia turned and flew off. As she was flying to the Isles, she caught sight of Vor sealing the entrance between the realms.  Sofia flew beneath a couple trees to hide.

"There, now the Mystic Isles will forever be sealed off from the Ever Realm." Vor turned to leave on the black unicorn.

Sofia gasped and used her Enchantlet to call anyone from the Protectors, but no one answered. "It was a trick, to trap me in the Mystic Isles!"

She turned go go back when her Enchantlet rang. "Im here!"

Vegas face appeared. "Sofia, that call from Chrysta was a trap! Vor used a mind control spell to make Chrysta call you."

"I know, on my way to the Mystic Isles, I saw Vor sealing the entranceway. I'm still in the Ever Realm." Sofia stated.

"You are?!" Vega exclaimed

"Yes."

"Then you are our only hope. Remember your training, Princess. We are here if you need advice." Vega stated.

"Thank you." Sofia hung up and sighed. She turned to head home and warn her family.

When she approached Enchancias castle, she landed in her room.

"Hey Princess! Congragulstions!" Clover cheered.

"Hmm? Oh thanks. Come on...." Sofia ran to her bedside table and dug around inside the drawer.

"Sof? What's wrong? And why are you a fairy?"

"Nevermind Clover. I have to go." Sofia gripped her fairy wand tightly and flew down to the ballroom. Once there, she saw her whole family. Roland, Miranda, Tilly, Grand Queen, Cedric and Baileywhick.

"Oh its so great to have the whole family together. Where is Sofia?" Miranda asked walking into the ballroom on Roland's arm.

"She had to run an errand." Amber replied

Sofia took a deep breath, and brought out her fairy  wand. "The Sugarplum Fairy told me fairy magic is used by wishing and waving. My desire for wishing has to be very deep."

"Sofia has been  going on a lot of errands lately." James stated

"Does it have something to do with the mystic Isles?" Roland asked.

"Im not sure, Daddy." Amber replied

Sofia flew into the room at once, "Im here! But...I'm afraid we'll have to postpone the graduation party a little bit."

"Sofia you're a fairy?! But how?!" Roland exclaimed

Sofia looked at Tilly who nodded. "Its her Amulet baby brother. Why do we need to..."

"I don't have time, Tilly! I need to make sure all the you are safe. I'm sorry." Sofia winced flying outside. She waved the Fairy wand, sealing her family in the ballroom with a spell powerful enough, no one could break but Sofia.

"Could someone please tell me how Sofia and Amber turned into faries?" Rand demanded.

Tilly winced glancing at the Grand Queen who nodded. "I have the answer, Roland."

Everyone turned to Tilly shocked. "Roland, do you remember when I wore Sofias amulet?"

"You wore the Amulet of Avalor?!" Roland asked wide eyed.

Tilly nodded, "about 30 years ago. I had no idea the princess of Avalor was trapped inside. She gave me wonderful and unexpected powers that taught me to be a better person."

"I never saw the Amulet on you as kids." Roland sputtered 

"I kept it hidden. By the time I turned 20, I had the feeling I didn't need it anymore. So I took it off, sealing it in the Royal vault until you gave it to Sofia." Tilly smiled.

Sofia released a sigh and took off to intercept her friends. Sofia smiled as she approached the flying coach. "Vivian, Dez, you have to turn back!"

"Whoa, Sofia?!" Vivan exclaimed as Sofia landed.

"Whoa! How are you a fairy?!" Jade asked

Sofia sighed, "Now is not the time! You need to turn back while you can. An evil sorceress named Vor is coming with her crystal army to try and take the kingdom!"

"Why should we leave?" Dez asked

Sofia reared back I'm surprise. "Dez, Vor is way scarier than Miss Nettle."

"I know, but I intend to be a brave royal." Dez puffed his chest out.

Sofia shook her head, "Vor has a magic ring that she uses to put people under her control. If any of you are hit, I'm not sure Ill be able to break it."

"Sofia, you have always been thee for us. Let us be here for you." Vivian offered

"Ok. We need a place before the palace to take her by surprise."

"Like our village" Ruby exclaimed

"Perfect! But we need some traps." Sofia added. "Like your magical music Vivian! And your plants, Dez!"

"Great idea Sofia!" Jade added.

"Ok, I only hope this will be enough."Sofia sighed.

"Cone on, we have to try! For Enchancia!" Vivian cried.

"Ok do not get hit, or you'll be under Vors control." Sofia warned.

Ten minutes later...

Sofia gasped in horror as her friends were all hit with Vors mind control spell. Sofia waved her wand to free her friends as Vor continued onto the castle.

"Just stay where you are! It would be best if Vor thinks you're still under her spell. Please!" Sofia stated

Grumbles came from the friends, however Crackle and Clover joined Sofia.

"You might need fire power!" Crackle exclaimed.

"Thanks Crackle, cone on!"

"Sofia, you can talk to animals?!" Vivian called.
