day in the story; december 17th
It was a nice snowy day. Wilbur wanted to make a surprise for Karl, giving him the best christmas he ever had.

To accomplish that, Wilbur had to make sure to buy gifts for him.. But what could he choose? Too many options.

"I should ask him what he likes... but wont that be too spot on?" Wilbur says before pulling out his phone to text Karl

Karl<3

W:Karl!

K: Yes Wilbur?

W: Whats something you like?

K: Well.. I like pokemon.

W:Okay thanks!!

K:But why?

Wilbur ignores the last text Karl sent him.

"Okay time to dig to find some pokemon related stuff! God this is gonna be hard." Wilbur says before getting dressed to go to the mall.

Wilbur then arrives to the mall. He then finds a plush shop.

"Excuse me ma'am? Is there any pokemon plushes here?" Wilbur asks hoping to find something for Karl.

-Yes there is! Here let me lead you to them. Says the lady working at the plush shop with a big smile.

-Here you go sir! Says the lady after leading Wilbur to the pokemon plushes.

"Thank you!" Wilbur says before grabbing some plushes.

Wilbur then leaves the plush shop after paying.

"Karl is gonna love these!" Wilbur says really excited. "I wonder if i can do anything else before christmas.."

"New text from Karl <33"

Wilbur pulls out his phone to see what Karl texted him.

Karl <33
K:Wilbur!
W:Yeah?
K:When are we meeting up?
W:For christmas?
K:Sure!! See you at your house for christmas :)
K:See you soon!

Wilbur really excited to meet Karl, he went home fast to make sure he could greet Karl properly; clean up all the mess, set up christmas decorations, have a room for him (spoilers: Karl slept only twice in the room made for him and he stayed 2 months), etc.
